Ordaily is an AI PA (personal assistant) in WhatsApp for business owners and solo professionals. It handles your email, calendar and task admin from the app you already use all day, so you don't have to keep switching between your inbox, your diary and your to-do list. Every morning Ordaily sends you a briefing on WhatsApp, as text, a voice note or a PDF. It shows the emails waiting on you, today's meetings and invites, what happened in Slack, your tasks and your reminders. On Sundays you get a week-ahead. You reply the way you already use WhatsApp: a quick message or a voice note. Ordaily drafts the email, books, moves or cancels the meeting, adds the task or sets the reminder. Nothing that goes to someone else is sent without your yes, and you have 30 seconds to undo. Ordaily connects to Gmail and Google Calendar (two accounts on Standard), Slack, ClickUp and Fireflies meeting notes. Outlook, Microsoft Calendar and WhatsApp groups are coming soon. Setup takes about three minutes. It suits busy owners and professionals such as consultants, estate agents, attorneys, accountants and therapists who spend too much of the day on admin and don't have a PA. Ordaily is built in Cape Town, South Africa, and hosted in Johannesburg. It is built for POPIA, your data is encrypted, and your content is never used to train AI.
