Disappointing agent and experience
Kari Christensen was disappointing. She wasn’t prepared with her technology at the first meeting and described the house way off the mark. She called it “mountainous and secluded” when it’s clearly in a downtown urban setting. We were going for a cash offer so I thought she could still do the job. We had one cash offer and she didn’t show up to the meeting! We couldn’t talk to her about the offer because she wasn’t there to hear it. There was no paperwork of the offers or information she was sourcing. I didn’t feel comfortable pursuing the offer because of her demonstrated capabilities.

Only way to go!
Casey was fantastic! She was able to explain everything clearly to us. Her suggestions, pricing, were spot on. An added bonus, she made us feel like family!!! The entire process of buying a new home, moving, and then a few months later selling our old home was totally seamless. We will definitely recommend Orchard and Casey to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
Excellent!
Our realtor was fantastic in every possible way. She gave excellent t suggestions and was very hands on. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the sale and have recommended her and Orchard to others.
Carlos was wonderful
Carlos was wonderful. He took his time in explaining everything. Very patient and caring .
It didn't take long to find a buyer.

Ashley did a great job assisting us through the process. The whole team at Orchard did a wonderful job. Ours was not the easiest purchase and sale but the team at Orchard did everything in their power to make it as smooth and easy for us to get our dream home in Tennessee and sell our home in Texas.
Kennedy was a great assest
Kennedy was a great assest - I'd lived in my home for 25 years and the process of selling after we were out helped so much - plus I have two dogs. Kennedy helped every step of the way. No question too big or too small. When concerns popped up she was on them with ideas what to do and possible solutions to benefit the sale of the house at the best price. If I move again I will ask for Kennedy's help. I have already recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so.
I get info as required and accurate
Great experience!!
Smooth from start to finish and everyone involved through the entire process was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive!! They made a very stressful process much smoother and less stressful. I highly recommend!
Continued calling and texting
Contacted once asking for info. Decided against and since have been called and texted many times. Common sense says after first few no calls, should mean something. Poor business management.
Orchard Made Selling My Home Easy
The communications I received from everyone involved was very appreciated. The process was very simple because every step was very well explained. Any questions I had were answered immediately and clearly.
Beware: Orchard Is a Slap-and-Sell Shortcutter
I purchased a home in Houston marketed as “move-in ready,” but it quickly became clear the seller had used cheap, shortcut renovation tactics purely for profit. Latex paint was slapped directly over oil-based doors without any prep, causing massive peeling — all 25 doors now need replacing, since stripping and repainting would cost even more.
Even worse, the bathtubs were painted, and every closet rack and built-in was coated in latex that flakes off on contact. None of the paint is adhering to anything. I'm now stuck with major costs to redo tubs, closets, electrical outlets, and doors. Who knows what other defects are still hidden.
Nature of Vendor:
This is a textbook “slap-and-sell” operation — cosmetic-only upgrades, low-grade materials, zero care for quality or long-term livability. Buyers beware. If Orchard National Title is selling it, triple-check everything.
Very quick and easy process.
Orchard made selling our home quick and easy. Highly recommend if needing to sell your home quickly.
Orchard /Kaycee Ragland, Realtor, College Station Area
If I could give Orchard and Kaycee Ragland their Realtor in the College Station a less than one star, I would. Do your due diligence and have an attorney review in detail every detail of the transaction before you sign anything. I do not trust their business acumen or ethics. More to come...
I had a great experience with Lynn Young
I had a great experience working with Lynn Young. She was easy to work through the process and details to complete our transaction.
Most attentive service ever!
Open lines of communication, attention to detail, great advice for staging. Home sold quicker than I expected.
Overpromised, Underdelivered - Disappointing and Misleading Experience
We had a disappointing experience with this real estate agent, Ashley Robinson. We first met Ashley on June 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. where she gave us a PowerPoint presentation about her and Orchard. From the start, she gave a very polished and convincing introduction, promising high investor offers and claiming her investors typically paid top dollar. Unfortunately, the reality was different.
The offers we received were significantly lower than what she had led us to expect. Most concerning was that the offers stated the buyer would cover the closing costs and title policy - but in the end, we ended up paying the closing costs ourselves. This felt misleading at best.
A major red flag came when Ashley Robinson unexpectedly tried to move the closing date up by an entire week, even though we were still in the process of gathering required documentation for Tiago Title. It felt rushed and unprofessional.
In the end (on July 7, 2025), we paid more out-of-pocket expenses than originally discussed, and it felt like Ashley Robinson prioritized her own convenience and commission over our best interests. We expected transparency and advocacy, but what we got was an easy sale for her and a frustrating experience for us. I would not recommend her services based on our experience.
Orchard agent Michael Stewart was…
Orchard agent Michael Stewart was extremely helpful throughout the process, thoroughly explaining each step and responding promptly to all communications. I found it very convenient that all documentary business could be completed electronically.
I wish I had hired Orchard first!
My realtor Jacque Maloy was able to sell my condo while everything around me is still languishing on the market. Although I didn't get as much as I wanted, I understand it's the down market. I hired Jacque after my contract with another realtor expired. I wish I had hired her first!
