Late and unreliable

Our 2 drivers across the 3 weeks, Jimmy and Jamie, were great. Not only very friendly and helpful, they were extremely flexible with their times by being able to accomodate our itinerary. Would recommend.

Hi there, just want to give a review about our journey with the company.

The driver (Jimmy) was an amazing driver. He was so polite to everyone throughout all journeys and gave us useful information about the history of France. He also spoke about other people’s interests which I thought was really kind. His driving was so different and steady which I’m in love with 😍 I’m 100% happy that Jimmy was our driver throughout the week and would recommend him to others. We are currently on the m1 with the nice driver Jamie who is driving at a nice pace and making nice conversation. Thank you so much for giving us your really good drivers and I honestly could ask for better drivers! 🙂☺️

The modern air-conditioned coaches were well received by all the guests. The drivers were all friendly, courteous and helpful.

We were really pleased with the service provided by Orbit Coaches when organising transport for guests at our son’s wedding. The booking process was easy, all staff friendly and helpful and the coach was immaculate. Orbit really helped to make the day a huge success and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great company with great staff the driver was great

From my first contact requesting a price to making the booking was simple but professional.

The coach was perfect for our needs as we were only a small group.

The driver Leigh was excellent, taking the stress out of what for us could have been a very problematic day.

Fabulous service provided by Orbit Coaches on Thursday, 26 September. Coach arrived before time. The driver, Scott, was friendly, courteous and professional - he assisted where necessary, knew his route and driving was impeccable - a credit to the company. The weather was dire but Scott was careful and safe.
The coach was spotless and comfortable. Very competitive in price. Definitely recommend Orbit Coaches!

Was on the receiving end of a wonderful coach service provided by Orbit on Saturday 7th September from Leicester to London.
The coach driver Scott, was very friendly, courteous and professional.
Scott provided assistance when necessary, communicated effectively and ensured all the passengers were happy with his service.
The coach was clean and comfortable and bags were provided for rubbish too.

I recently hire a coach for an family event. The Driver was very helpful and vey kind person. He made my trip so amazing that I don't have the word to praise his service. I personally want to praise the whole team of the Orbit Coaches Ltd to make me feel so comfortable and easy from the start, to process the booking and help me in every stage.

Orbit's coach driver Andy is a great representative for the company.
Andy was the coach driver on a recent wedding that I had planned. He was extremely professional and punctual The guests and I found him friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend using Orbit coached. Super organised, great communication.

A great service provided, as always, by Orbit. We used Orbit for our recent sixth form end of year trip to London. The coaches were lovely and our drivers, Pete and Paul were very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both very understanding and adaptable to our needs - a must on a school trip. Will use Orbit Coaches again without reservation.

Scott, our driver, took our school to and from a trip to Wales. He was punctual, polite and patient with both staff and students. I'd highly recommend choosing Orbit.

During w/c 10/06/24, Orbit Coaches helped transport Year 5 students from various local primary schools, for a Taster Day at Lutterworth College. Both College and primary school staff commented on how professional, polite, and smartly turned out the Orbit drivers were, and how clean and well maintained the coaches were. We'll definitely be looking to use Orbit again next year!

Couldn't fault Orbit. On a school trip from Northampton to Oxford they were very accommodating to a late alteration to our schedule and were responsive on the day to enable an earlier departure time back home. Communication with head office and with our driver, Paul, was excellent throughout. On the day, Paul was an engaging and safe driver. Would highly recommend.

Orbit Coaches recently took our Year 1 children to Dudley Zoo. Staff and children have said that the driver, Paul, was brilliant, friendly and really helpful. Our office staff find that Orbit office are excellent with their help and administration. Well done Orbit Team !
