Julian was able to reserve seats that we were able to choose on two of our flights two months in advance all with no added fees and said Orbis would arrange our check in. Thanks you, Julian!

I have been working with Simon the last three days, and I so appreciate his professionalism and capabilities. I am very happy with the results and the trip we planned. His willingness to work with me, as I am a very thorough planner for our travels, and want to know all my options before I make a decision. He was so patient with me in regard to the airlines and the Hotels and transports, etc. I can’t recommend Simon more highly, and am very happy with Orbis and what they had to offer. Thank you. Julian was very helpful in planning our trip to Malta etc. He helped organize the seating we requested and informed us of our flight changes. We are looking forward to our trip. Also Simon was very helpful in planning our trip

We are traveling to Brazil and Argentina in Sept. Today we had our seats of choice for all our flights assigned with the help of Benjamin Walker. He spent the time helping to pick our seats together as well as going through the booking and confirmation. Very helpful!

So far so good.Julian has been very attentive and has made sure everything was correct along the way. Travellings to SE Asia in September, will update when we get back

My trip went very well, all of the bookings went smoothly and when there was a delay on my flight Julian was able to help me resolve paying a late penalty to my reserved driver. Would book again

I had an issue with one of our carriers on our upcoming trip to Singapore and Bali, so I emailed the Orbis Agent who has been assisting me, Benjamin Walker. He telephoned me within minutes of my sending the email, and was (as usual) patient and helpful in addressing the issue, which was quickly resolved. I continue to be impressed by his exceptionally good service!

Mister Julian was very helpful with the flight seating on all seating of all the flight from Houston to Paris to Rome and on the return flight ... the family seats together.

Jenny was great. She really assured me on the decisions I was contemplating. She helped book my trip and helped research each city for me. She was just great to work with. Not much else I can say. This is a very good travel agency.

Simon Brown answered the phone when I was inquiring about a trip to Switzerland with Orbis Vacation that I had seen advertised.
He was very friendly and helpful answering all my queries and following up with investigating all options. He phoned me back to make sure I was happy with the package.
As a result I booked the trip and encouraged my sister-in-law to join me.

Simon was such a good agent! He was so prompt to answer our questions for our group. He went above and beyond on checking various dates and flights for us. We had many (MANY!) questions and he answered them all politely and efficiently.
I used to be a travel agent, and I know the work that goes into it. From an ex-travel agent I can confirm Simon is a good one.

Please think twice before booking with this company. They left my 79 year old mum and her friend without a bed, close to midnight, in New York. They refused to take responsibilty for an incorrect booking on their part. She had no choice but to pay an additional $435 for a room upon arrival. Disgusting customer serivces.

We just came back from a lovely vacation organized by Orbis Travel. We spent one week in Malta, then another in Sicily and lastly one week on the Amalfi Coast. Orbis Travel did such a great job of selecting hotels and arranging all our transfers. Hotel locations were great - close to bus terminals, ports, convenience stores to buy water, and great restaurants. All of our transfers went well - on time right to the minute. But what impressed me the most was the staff at Orbis. Anytime I had a question or concern before the trip, staff replied to my emails promptly and even if they didn’t have the answer they informed me that they would look into the issue and reported back to me in a timely manner. Even on my trip, when I contacted them on WhatsApp, I got a reply right away. They were professional, very organized, and available when I needed them. I want to give thanks to Kelly J, Julian C, Patricia and Steve for organizing the trip (apologies if I have forgotten someone) and a special thanks to Ben and Tim who communicated with me on WhatsApp in Europe. You were awesome. I would definitely go with Orbis Travel again for future trips.

Julian was helpful, patience, excellent customer service.I will recommend the company to my friends. He asks what additional help can does.

The trip was great. It was our first time in Italy and it was easier to just have Orbis handle all the booking. We had one issue with a your, but called orbis and resolved it in just a few minutes. Overall it was a great experience and good if you like everything pre-planned and structured.

They couldn't have been more helpful , especially last minute help to send me holiday details i couldn't access.

With seniors, should ask if want to pick seats or at least pick seats together. Ask seniors if bringing carry on an personal bag. Please include in total price. $200 was sticker price shock for checked baggage. I would of preferred all included in price. Also, make sure transfers are included. Lucky our hotel provided free transfers. Other than those tips. We had a great time. Got some great pics. Appreciated the time and patience you had with us seniors. Might be booking again in future ( next year). Thanks for all your help. The Klopps
