Orbisify is a company that surprised me well, the service I received from them and the quality of the products is something to mention. I bought an elephant toy for my little one who doesn't sleep without it. With Levi's help, I made the right choice. The transport was not the fastest I saw, but it is faster than average.

Orbisify is the best company I've ever made a deal with. I am very satisfied with the products I received, the quality is 5 stars, the customer service has surprised me for good because they have given me the right help and have proposed the ideal products for me as a mother and my little one. They offered extra discounts as a customer for the first time, all this is described as a good experience for me and I will continue to be a customer of Orbisify. I suggest you buy in this website.

Great customer service! Received the wrong pair of shoes that I ordered and they shipped out the correct size asap. Very polite, and quick responding.

Terrible experience with this website. The products in this website are made so cheaply and does not have any brand. I sent a couple emails but so far no one contacted me.

** update Aug 31**, customer service contacted me and offered partial refund to keep the item. I still can’t return it for full refund but at least get someone to talk to.

I ordered two trucks for my grandson and they were not quite right for his age. Orbisify was very helpful and told me how I could return both trucks…no problem! I was very grateful for the excellent customer service!

Orbisify is a brand that surprised me with the quality of the products and the service provided, I have read some negative reviews after I made the first order, none of them are true. I have never received customer service like Orbisify and for the prices they offer I think they deserve 5 star review. I have placed several orders with this company, and all products are of the highest quality. I'm the type that looking for discounts stores, I'm saying this because at Orbisify you always benefit from the big discounts they offer.

Orbisify is a great store, great customer service and good products. For the prices products are well made, I enjoy a lot a baby carrier from this store and everything is like in description.

It's been two months since I receive it and I like it more and more, so comfortable, useful and looking good.

I'm a person who is more interested in ergonomic and useful products not looking good, but Orbisify give me a best option. Thanks a lot to Levi customer service wich help me a lot and give me a reason to buy again here.

This is misleading website and I will NEVER shop from them again. They do not mention that they delivery from China? Instead it is implied that products would be shipped from NY warehouse. Why would I buy form you, while I could go to Aliexpress and get the same service. This must be some sort of deceiving tactic.

I am satisfied with my order, I received a Sonic The Hedgehog backpack, it's so cute , I purchased the werehog one but they might have been out of stock but that's alright, I am absolutely impressed with the quality of my item and the customer service thank you all once again :)

I received the wrong item twice. Reached out to customer service the second time and did not get any response after 4 emails. Will NEVER order from this company again. Never received the original item I ordered and no return of my money. Lesson learned.

I was just curious to buy a nice product that comes from a genuine company, and I was lucky enough to find Orbisify, which not only provided me with a great, adorable product but also with a lifetime experience.
Cuz they were there to address my questions every time I contacted them and were ready to provide any new updates on my order's status.

This company is horrible! They wouldn't let me do a return, gave me a coupon and then bitched at me for buying too much on the coupon, promised me a crib bumper for over a month to correct a mistake on their part and then eventually told me because they lost so much on the coupon they wouldn't be sending the crib bumper...the one they claimed for weeks was "on its way already"!! HORRIBLE COMPANY, RIP OFF, SCAM!!!
I finally just bought the darn bumper because I needed it and it only shipped out today, 2 weeks later, plus it won't come for another 2 weeks...omg they SUCK!!!

I ordered my baby's pillow Dec 9 today is and off the dec.21.my pillow just got to state.they promise 7 to 12 day's to delivery.they saying they have on stock.but them stock is in China they don't mention that part.
Before I ordered I checked this company looks like New York base company when they have your money they order from China.
