I did not sign up for recurring shipments but continue to get billed. No contact phone number or e-mail. Website is blocked by Norton as a fake 0n-line store. No help from Discover card!

I had a couple orders and then I kept getting more and more that I didn’t request. I have contacted them about no more orders, but haven’t heard back from anybody.

Same problem as everybody else

Well, looks like I'm not the first person to have this problem. They're sending me 90-day supplies every 30 days and I've requested five times now for them to cancel and they won't do it. Should have gone to trustpilot first.

Total scammers

Total scammers. Website states returns up to 90 days but when you return the unwanted item/s they give you a false address in USA. They also sign you up to a subscription without your knowledge. Everyone who has been taken in by them should report them to your bank. Mail order protection seems like a joke so no help there. Disgusting company. Avoid at all cost.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! I did not sign up for automatic refills but they keep sending them to me. I have contacted them numerous times through their website and their email, but they do not respond. There is not a phone number to call.
In addition to poor - and in my opinion, illegal - business practices, their product does not work at all. They should be put out of business!

AVOID THIS ‘COMPANY’

Disgraceful. Purchased as a one off purchase and they have continued to take 3 payments from my account as a repeat subscription I did not sign up for. Emailed numerous times as no contact number for customer service. Had two responses persuading me with options and completely ignoring my request to cancel and stop taking money, now they have ignored me entirely. Had to contact my bank to block them and call back my money. Do not purchase from this ‘company’.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered ONE order to trial their products. They automatically enrolled me into a monthly subscription. They are now attempting to charge me monthly (I’m in contact with my bank to reverse this). I have contacted their customer service on countless occasions to try to return their goods / cancel the “subscription” I did not sign up for - all within their terms - however no joy.

The product, which I have been taking consistently, has made zero difference.

Avoid at all costs.

I would have rated it a zero if…

I would have rated it a zero if possible. This company has a good racket going. 60 day guaranteed return? Don’t believe it for a second. Only possible communication is through email where they stretch your refund request out over 60 days. They do this by not responding to emails until you threaten to give them a bad review and then providing you with an unrelated response. One time purchase? Somehow I ended up in a subscription even though I checked one time only purchase. Eight emails and 56 days later they send me an email stating that they can’t send me the return form but I can send it to an address they provide if i want. No mention of a refund. Mind you my order was never opened. Everything is in its original, sealed form. On their website it also states that they don’t accept returns without the return form. Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances. It’s a scam!

Complete Scam

I ordered one bottle. They signed me up for auto enroll and keep charging my card every month. I’ve emailed a few times and said to cancel, but they replied and said they would offer me a 20% discount on my next order. I said no, cancel it. I have another pending charge from this company today on my credit card. I’m still trying to get refunded from last month. I did not sign up for auto enroll and they refuse to stop charging me. How is this legal? My credit card is going to block any future charges from them. I also noticed on their website that if you are auto enrolled, you get a discounted price. They are charging me full price which proves I didn’t enroll in the plan.

Fraudulent and deceptive

I did not sign up for a subscription but the packages just kept coming. I sent six emails so far to their email address and absolutely no response. Also, cannot find a customer service phone number at all !! I consider this fraudulent and deceptive marketing and I’m filing a consumer complaint with the attorney general in the state where I live.

This is a scam.

I ordered some Lithium orate tablets for myself and my partner to try. I was at the doctors soon after starting to take them and she told me she'd never heard of it and to stop taking them. So we did. I threw them away, even tho i had spent over £40 on them.Next thing I knew, I'd had an email from oratonics.com, to say 2 more bottles were on their way. I tried to email back to say stop shipment, i havent ordered any more. No response. I tried again and again. Then I noticed a payment of £37.02 taken from my bank which I hadn't authorised oratonics to do. I contacted my bank and they put a block on further payments. I received the tablets they said they were sending, which id emailed to stop. I told the courier to send the package back. I refused to accept them. Now, seeing these reviews, I'm relieved I'm not alone, but im sorry its happened to you all too. What they're doing, is fraud, theft and exploitation. I will spread it far and wide on Facebook, which is where I saw the ad for oratonics, so people don't get screwed over, as we have been. I hope you all get your money back, and these unscrupulous thieves get what they deserve.
