Poor customer service
When putting in my payment details my browser overwrote the delivery address. I contacted Oranj immediately to let them know what had happened but they were very slow responding and sent the order to the wrong address anyway. I contacted them again and they said to contact DPD to get the delivery address changed, DPD had already told me they couldn’t do that and to contact the seller. The order couldn’t be delivered and was sent to a pick up location a long way from me. After letting Oranj know the situation they palmed me off. This is usually a very simple issue to solve, surprised at the lack of interest shown in helping me.
