Orangetheory Fitness across all fitness…

Orangetheory Fitness across all fitness levels is the best 1 hour workout. They create workouts that are different everyday and keep you motivated throughout to keep you focused on gaining muscle and losing weight. I have worked out at many Orangetheory locations and the best 2 are Torrance and Glendale. The staff and coaches are amazing.

Absolutely love Orangetheory Fitness

Absolutely love Orangetheory Fitness! The energy in every class is incredible and the coaches do such a great job keeping everyone motivated. One of my favorite parts is the music — the playlists are always upbeat, fun, and make the workouts fly by. The combination of great music, positive atmosphere, and high-energy coaching makes it easy to push yourself and actually enjoy working out. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, energized, and in a better mood. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, motivating workout environment!

What an amazing workout!

What an amazing workout! I can't believe the company has created it so that the workout changes daily across the country so that you get the same workout at everyone of their 1,200+ locations. The coaches can be incredible but the workout is so good, it almost doesn't need a coach. From the FreeMotion treadmills, Water Rowers and TRX/strength area carry you through a fun-filled 55 minutes that leaves you sweaty and begging for more.

Powerful Workouts, Predictable Playlists

I’ve really enjoyed Orangetheory — the workouts are structured, motivating, and backed by coaches who know how to bring out your best without overdoing it. The energy in class is contagious, and I love tracking progress through heart rate zones. It’s one of the few group fitness experiences that consistently challenges and inspires me.

That said, FitRadio feels more repetitive over time. The playlists are high-energy but lack variety and fresh updates. If FitRadio expanded its genres, it would be even better!

Turned away from free trial

Dear Orangetheory Fitness Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my wife and I had at your Milpitas location on McCandless Drive today, Thanksgiving Day.

We arrived for a free trial session, having confirmed the eligibility terms on your website, which state that anyone residing within five miles is welcome to participate. However, we were turned away by your front desk receptionist, Reimo, who informed us that the offer was only for Milpitas residents. Upon further inspection of your website's promo details, it is clear that we were indeed eligible for the trial, as we live within the specified radius.

Furthermore, we were disheartened by Reimo's explanation that the class was full and his subsequent remark implying we were unlikely to sign up for full-time classes. We applied for a spot online which showed availability. How did this change? This interaction not only contradicted your promotional terms but also left us feeling unfairly judged and unwelcome.

Our experience at Orangetheory on this holiday was disappointing and has raised concerns about the inclusivity and professionalism of your studio's practices. We hope that you will reconsider how such situations are handled in the future to ensure a welcoming and fair environment for all potential members.

We believe in the value of fitness and community that Orangetheory promotes and were eager to join the session to experience it firsthand. Unfortunately, our interaction has left us questioning our desire to be part of your community. We kindly request that you review this matter and consider implementing measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future, ensuring clarity in communication and courtesy in customer service.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to hear from you soon regarding how this situation can be rectified.
