Ordered a pair of sneakers and after the initial confirmation,complete radio silence. E mail wasn't answered and phone wasn't being picked up. Had to go to the physical store to ask about the delivery. When the shoes finally arrived,it was the wrong size. Back to the physical store. They ordered the right size and I had them delivered to the store. Love the sneakers but it was impossible trying to get in touch by e mail or phone. If I ever buy there again I'll have them delivered to the store.

They should try to respond to phone calls when they have been called by the customers and let them know that as business owners your customers are always right and you have to listen to them not only by sending them mail that it takes time to respond to. Thanks and best regards.

Very bad shipping and non-existent customer service
Very expensive shipping for the what it offers: 2 weeks to deliver my order, and the delivery notification DID NOT include the pick-up point address. I literally had to guess it.
Customer service is non-existent. I tried to contact them by email twice, but it seems that the email address does not exist (?), since I got post master and Mail Delivery Subsystem error messages.
I also filled in the website contact form, but nobody reached back to me.
The only good thing is the t-shirt that I bought: I could only could find it on their website, and it arrived in correct size.

Great local shop for ballers, and that's a rare thing nowadays. This time we bought online, after the order was taken it took few days to process it (5 working days) but as soon as we contacted the customer service they replied. My opinion is that the world needs to slow down, not all the shops are Amazon bol or foot locker processing and selecting in few days, small shops like these are gems that we need praise!
