I have been a customer of open pay for a while now around 6 months to a year (Iv lost track). But long enough to build up a good reputation. I have always paid for my monthly instalments on time, or if not early- and always cleared each item bought. Never had a problem. Passed their initial check for my first item and gone on from there. I went to place an order with look fantastic (where I only use open pay)- the amount was for only for £120 split over the usual months (£25pm). Iv placed orders larger than this before and cleared them. But I was really disappointed and have no idea why they declined my order. I have very little on my account with open pay- in fact one more payment next month coming up, to a total of around £35. When I went to place a order through, strangely you asked to preform another hard search on my credit file. I agreed since Iv never had a problem with them before thinking it’ll be no problem And then it says I can’t place my order. So now open pay decide my custom isn’t good enough for no more? Now a days everything is fixated on credit scores- nothing to do with loyal customers that have never missed a payment with yourselves. You have gone against your own T&cs as it says you will only perform another credit check if your last order was more than 12 months ago. I have placed orders with u recently. I want the search removing off my records ASAP!!!

Absolutely fantastic..

It's nice to be able to buy over a length of time without having to pay interest.You always get a reminder when it's due to enable you to check there is enough money in your account to cover it,any problem and you can talk it over.

First time I've used Openpay UK and was pleased with the service received, easy and straight forward to set up, useful reminders days before a payment was due, personally found these very useful. will def use the service again, would happily recommend Openpay UK to family and friends.

After letting open pay know they cancelled responded and refunded straight away very happy with outcome

So easy to use, very convenient! And for people like myself who get paid monthly a much easier option! Definitely recommend
