The support is very responsive and helpful, especially around the holidays. I was not able to post my clips but the support representative let me know the issue and fixed it. I haven’t run into it since! I’m confident if something else happens they will be able to fix it.

I've been using Opus Clip for several months and absolutely love it. Very easy to learn and the features are really incredible. Scoring the video clips, AI assistance and easy to add extras like B-roll. I had an instance where my audio wasn't working I got in touch (Fast) with support and after a few exchanges, the audio came back. I really love this product It makes video editing so easy. Many other features for posting to social sites.

I needed help with a billing question and the customer service was very good. They answered me quickly and resolved my issue without hesitation. It was good working with them.

We have found Opus Pro incredibly easy to use and excellent value for money. The AI is intuitive and consistently produces high quality clips, which has helped us grow and establish our YouTube, Instagram, and wider social channels for podcasts. It is highly scalable, the credits feel genuinely valuable, and the real standout is the around-the-clock support from real people, which makes a huge difference. A very solid tool that does exactly what it promises.

I recently reached out regarding a recurring renewal that had processed the day before, and from the very first response, their customer support was immediate, clear, and genuinely helpful ⚡🫱🏾‍🫲🏼. They walked me through the cancellation process, initiated the refund without hesitation, and made the entire experience seamless... no friction, no defensiveness, no runaround.

They did ask why I was canceling, and I appreciated that. I was honest: I hadn’t used the product in over six months. I truly loved Opus Clip when I was actively using it, but I no longer had a professional need for it 📉➡️📈. That honesty was met with respect and professionalism, which says a lot about how they run their business.

As a small business owner myself, I pay close attention to how companies treat people when things aren’t a sale 👀📊. If I had a customer support team, I’d want Red leading the charge 🚀. Thoughtful, responsive, and clearly empowered to do right by the customer.... rare and refreshing. 🥹

I want to give the team nothing but props. Honestly, without OpusClip, I probably wouldn't even have a social media presence. It handles the heavy lifting so I can just focus on my work. Also, I just received great support from Ollie!

The support team is very fast and helpful. I needed to cancel my subscription to avoid being charged and I couldn’t figure it out on my end, but the support team let me know which email and how to cancel. A big thanks to the team for their helpfulness!

Extremely quick response and amazing service. I was in the understatement I cancelled my subscription but turned out I didn't. Even tho this was my own mistake they offered to refund it, despite me saying it's not necessary.

I've been using OpusClip for awhile now and while it may not have every feature a typical editor like premiere pro has, I find the support I receive whenever I have a question to be top notch. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

OpusClip is now my go to tool for content creation. Its really easy to use and automating my postin acress six platforms is such a life saver!!

I went through a lot this past year and I forgot I had a subscription until it renewed a couple of days ago. The support staff got back to me quickly and were able to help me out by giving me a refund. I don’t need this product now but I will 100% consider joining again once I am back on my feet. The automation and tools are the best available at the same price as the competitors.

I'm working on clips over the Christmas to New Year Holidays, I ran into a tech issue. I submitted the issue on the chat widget, the AI could not help with my issue, however it turned or elevated the issue to a human and it was fixed almost immediately allowing me to keep working

I had an issue with scheduling clips and the support team solved it very quickly. Thanks to Mike and Frank.I will continue to use opus clip it is working really well for my youtube channels

I love the fact that I could post one all platforms at once! What I didn’t like was when you renew the subscription the amount doubles from what you first paid! But overall it’s a good platform!
