Opus clips has been revolutionary in making social media actually happen because it takes out so much time and frustration from the lengthy process. While I have come across some glitches, which are understandable, the customer service team has been very helpful and quick to respond.

I was having trouble with bulk scheduling, AND the AI feature that writes your descriptions wasn't working either. Team members from OpusClip responded to my inquiry right away, helped me troubleshoot, fixed the issues, and even deposited some extra credits into my account for the trouble. All things considered, it was a great experience, and I really like OpusClip in general, as it has saved me HOURS of creating and posting clips.

After my initial review, the company reached out and provided an explanation regarding the issue. They acknowledged the problem, apologized for the experience, and worked with me toward a resolution.
While the initial situation was extremely frustrating due to the stalled project and lack of communication at the time, I appreciate that the matter was ultimately addressed and resolved.
I am updating my review to reflect that the issue has since been handled. I hope the improvements they mentioned will help prevent similar situations in the future.
INITIAL REVIEW (2/26/26, 10:36 AM):
I am writing this after giving the company ample time to address the issue, but as of today, February 26, 2026, it remains unresolved.
I started a project on Friday, 2/20/2026, which became stuck in the “Processing & analyzing…” stage at 45%. I left it overnight expecting it would complete by the next day. It did not. I contacted support and was advised to wait for the following business days while the issue was investigated.
Multiple days have now passed with no meaningful update, resolution, or communication. Even more concerning, the project’s progress unexpectedly dropped from 45% down to 5%, where it remains stuck. I have reached out repeatedly through official support channels and email and have received no response addressing the problem.
During this same period, I submitted another project which processed successfully, confirming that the platform itself was functioning while my original project, along with the paid credits attached to it, remained unusable.
What raises additional concern is that I spoke with another customer who experienced a similar issue. In their case, the problem was resolved. Despite reporting the same type of failure through the proper channels, I have received no comparable assistance, explanation, or resolution. The inconsistent handling of similar cases is troubling and difficult to justify.
At this point, this is no longer solely a technical problem but a serious customer service failure. When a paid service consumes credits for a project that cannot be completed and then fails to provide timely support or an equitable resolution, it raises legitimate concerns regarding reliability, accountability, and fairness.
I expected, at minimum, a correction, restoration of credits, clear communication, and fair compensation for the inconvenience, time and income lost. None has been provided. As of February 26, 2026, this matter remains unresolved, and the handling of this situation has been as concerning as the original failure.
Based on this experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Was amazing when I first got it - made two videos into shorts and loved it. In the past week it has gone completely downhill. I cannot upload anything, the support has been less than useless and you don't have anyway to actually complain. The videos are either stuck on 45% or 99% - again useless to anybody.

When Opus works, it's great. When it doesn't, it's not. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked consistently for a while. Videos hang for hours, and often never finish processing.
What's worse is that their "support" person will leave mid-chat, and there's no other way to reach someone. Do better, Opus Clip.

I was having any issues with the short clips that I was trying to post to social media through the site. It would run like the AI was going to provide text for the post and hashtags and nothing would show up. I tried multiple times, even restarting. I messaged in the Opus chat, but the issue had resolved itself by the time I was able to articulate it. The support person, Ollie (not sure if that was AI or not), said they would check just to be sure it was resolved and gave me an option for what to do if it happened again. The wait time wasn't long at all.

TERRIBLE customer service - they had some sort of outage today and my video got hung up in processing. I can't simply delete it and restart it without using more credits. There is no email or way to contact them beyond the "get help" button on their webpage. The person I spoke to would go for 30 minutes in between answering me, and just told me it was unusual how long my video was processing, and he would pass it to someone who could help me in a few days. Then he went silent without closing the chat, so I had no way of getting in touch with anyone else. I still don't even know who he's sending it to or how to get someone to actually help me. If'd I'd known this, I would never have signed up for their service. This is ridiculous.
