This is not the first time I have scheduled an appointment for service with Optimum and the technician didn't show up. I scheduled an appointment for 5-8. Rearranged my scheduled, left work early and got someone to drive my children to a flag football game and a soccer game in different places. After all that no one shows up. I called the company and after waiting for about 20 minutes they said sorry the technician will not make the appointment. I said why didn't anyone call. But the service agent kept saying sorry and not answering my question. Well after 15 pretty crappy years of putting up with optimum I am through. This is only the final straw.

DON'T USE THEM they DELIBERATELY DELETED MY EMAIL ADDRESSES they get on the PHONE AND lie to your face the Television service is horrible the network is no good i had them for 35 years they Turned into a JOKE NOT A BUSINESS and are no good for business nor home services the reps have no class no remorse nothing they lie threw their teeth 13 emails they say that they were not used for 3 months they delete them. 16 people out of work.

They lie about that to this is a Business that should Pay For Thier Mistakes STUPID ones Deleting Business EMAIL ADRESSESS the FTC AND THE FCC should get them out of UNITED STATES they are not worthy of our money nor service

PEOPLE GET THIS OUT TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN i have ONE MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF WEBSITES AND ACCOUNTS IM LOCKED OUT OF and MY BACKUP SERVER ITS HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BREAK IN AND ALTICE lie and say i have not logged in in 3 months they are lairs that's why i got the service back The REP WAS SO COOL ON THE PHONE HELPED ME LOG INTO ALL OF THEM NOW IM SORRY I CAME BACK TO THEM they waited 12 days to delete my email addressees IT WAS DONE ON PURPOSE

Please if you can lets all work together and do to them what was done to a lot of people stick together and fight company's like these they need us we don't need them.
