Beware dealing with this unlicensed brokerage, it's operated by false characters posing as professional traders. They are dubious and intent on cheating investors out of their money. I trusted the company once and almost lost all my money. I opened an account and was assigned an account manager to handle all my requests. The manager convinced me to fund my account by stating all i had to benefit on their investment deals. I invested a total of 5000 euros and waited for my money to grow.
I requested for my money after a month, to which i was charged with an undiscussed tax fee. I paid to unlock my capital with them but nothing still changed after that. I started calling their customer support but received no response or feedback for days. I eventually reported them to the FCA, whom informed me about the illegitimacy of their operations. I thought i had lost all my money until i reported them to BermudaFinance Security, a cybersecurity firm. They helped retrieve my money through a coin chargeback process, since i made the payments with bitcoin. I would advise you to stay away from Optimusmarkets, do not send any money to them.
