Kyran was our dog trainer for 12 days. Kyran was warm and welcoming, making sure he listened to all aspects of our concerns with our dog. On our first interaction with Kyran and the dog, Kyran watched how we interacted with the dog and voiced his options after reviewing what would be best for our dog and ourselves - which turned out to be 1-1 sessions. At the start of dropping our dog off, the dog was very reactive and what we believed was aggression - Kyran very quickly showed us that our dog was not aggressive, just reactive due to anxiety and nerves. We wasn’t able to pass another dog or person in the street or have a stranger near our dog - since returning home, we have had multiple interactions with other dogs approaching ours and people with no reaction out of our dog - our dog has been able to just pass both without hesitation.
I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer to what we had. He is very knowledgeable and very patient. He has shown us the correct ways of commands and walking, as well as giving us detailed information about food and equipment which is good to use. Kyran has kept in regular contact with us since leaving the training and respond to any questions quickly. I would 100% recommend this training and 1000% for Kyran! couldn’t be happier with the outcome despite the doubt it would not work.

My daughter's two dogs are rescue dogs from the Middle-East and had behavioural problems. Dog 1 tended to wander away on walks and be difficult to locate. Dog 2, had probably been maltreated, and would bark furiously at any man with a beard and wearing a baseball hat. Dog 1 went on a one-week residential course with Kyran and returned a bit better and now sticks closer to us than before. Dog 2 went for 2 weeks and this is where Kyran really triumphed. From a position in which Dog 2 would aggressively bark at strange men, this behaviour is now very rare, probably less than once a month. In consequence both dogs are now much more composed on walks as am I and my daughter. I would unhesitatingly recommend Kyran’s training programme. He really knows his stuff and is empathic with both dogs and owners. Hence the 5-star rating.

We took our 2 year old Boxer dog for a 3 week residential stay. Marvin did not know any commands at all and was a very energetic stubborn boxer. He was not good on a lead, jumped up at people and barked at other dogs aggressively whilst out walking him. Kyran was introduced to us from day one. We met Kyran upon our arrival and knew straight away that he was the "man" for our dog. He was honest throughout the training and sent us videos, he also gave us very good tips. We set up a WhatsApp chat with him and asked him many questions which he answered promptly and honestly. Marvin is a different dog now, he knows his commands and the stubbornness seems to have gone as he knows that he isnt in charge, we are!! Since picking Marvin up we have kept in contact with Kyran asking him questions and he has guided us in the right direction. I would thoroughly recommend this company especially Kyran and Pollyanne. They were both brilliant with Marvin and you could see that Marvin liked them too. Kryan is an absolute star and I would recommend him to any of my friends who have dogs that need training.

Loved my training sessions with Kyran an Pollyanna, they were very professional an friendly. They taught me the skills i needed to improve my American bulldogs behaviour. My boy is very nervous an doesn't trust strangers, but he loves going to his training sessions, and his behaviour has improved greatly. Would highly recommend 👌
