extremely inappropriate poor service
Durning the conversation the representative I spoke with demonstrated behavior that I found him to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional., I repeatedly told him I no longer needed services over and over and again and he just kept asking why and would not disconnect my service, he kept saying dont get upset I here to help you, I was on the phone over 12 minutes and he would not agree to disconnect my services, kept asking the same questions over and over , I was pleading with him to please disconnect my service. I had all the info as well, just would not agree to it. I had to hang up. I called back and got a representative name is Rodger he disconnected my service in a timely matter . I was so distraught from the first representative that I had to call my neighbor to sit with me.
