Worst decision I could have made. Awful awful service
Two and a half weeks using this service and it has been an absolute nightmare. It’s like going back to dial up. Customer service just about had me in tears. The rep kept speaking over me and not letting me speak. I had to make the same request 10-15 times. Took 6.5 hours to receive a call back. I have never been unable to connect to my wifi. Ten years with Verizon and no issues ever. I cannot connect at all now and optimum is my internet provider!!! They stole all of my data and charged me $6 for 1GB and forced me into slow speed and admitted all of this over the phone. They had zero regard that I needed to get to the hospital. I have never experienced such an awful customer service from any company in all my life.
