In October I ordered a big order 11 hoodies and prints I received in November 4 of them then now 3 weeks no new information the trackings to the others do not say anything and it’s 2 of December soon holidays I cannot find one number for customer support I googled found a number in Norway and no one answers
Please all do not order from this company they will not help you when you need support
I revised from one star to four as I contacted their CEO thru LinkedIn and he actually took note and responded. Thank you. The matter is not resolved but at least they are now looking into the issue
So far... customer service is a joke!
I still haven't received an order I placed over 2 weeks ago. Order number 34875574. I found the customer service portal difficult to locate. As it turns out, I only got to chat with an AI bot. The bot let me know that the shipment is delayed, and if my order doesn't arrive in 12 days, I can chat with the bot again. The order is 5 days late now, and the cards will be unusable in 12 days because they will not arrive on time for Christmas. I never had any problem with Shutterfly; I just wanted to go with something printed in Canada. I will be using Shutterfly next year.

Zero customer care
I bought a baby bodysuit with a print for my nephew, which I very rarely meet. Had good foresight before I was going to meet them.
Optimalprint kept giving me new dates for delivery, which were days that had already passed.
When I then contact customer service, it turns out that what I ordered is not in stock and there is no forecast when it will arrive.
In addition to the poor customer service
Would not recommend anyone to shop here...

The ordering is a mess with hidden costs, discounts suddenly removed, a dodgy "Plus-membership" which continues until cancelled. I stay far away from this until they become transparent with their charges.

Fast delivery and good quality sweater! Unfortunately there were some miscoloring on the sweater but they sent a new one without any charge. Very nice support!
Top tier customer service experience
Have ordered multiple times and the quality has always been according or higher than expected. Last time the quality was not satisfactory but it was due to an error on my part (uploaded RGB picture). I got a technical lesson and a freebie to correct to problem, even though they had no obligation to provide it. (Order ID 33949038)

Don’t bother!!!
Don’t bother!!!! These guys work hand in hand with Evri(courier company). Ordered a product for my wedding this weekend. Apparently Evri have collected the item, they’ve never tried to deliver and if they have they’ve never left a calling card and According to tracking the item is on its way back to Optimal Print. I’ve tried contacting optimal print and Evri but you can’t get in touch with anyone. Just AI bots on chat etc. no way of resolving the issue!! Waiting for a real person to contact me back but nobody is.
Stay clear of these guys because if you have a problem you can’t get in touch with anybody!!!!!!
