Acrylic print Had to be reprinted due to distinctive green hue to white areas but Optimalprint reprinted without fuss and reprint was fine.

The package was stolen from where the delivery driver had left it outside a busy apartment entrance. I reported it to Evri who referred me back to you.

Web site wasn’t the easiest to use, but that is more about my lack of experience! Once I had negotiated using, I found there was a lovely range of wedding stationary. Easy to personalise. Particularly liked being able to choose quality of items & being charged for exact number of invites. Delivered quickly & packaging great. As they do matching items in the range I will be ordering from this company again.

We have been extremely happy with all our orders! We ordered our save the dates, wedding invitations and thank you cards!

After an hour of going around in circles with conflicting advice on their help menu, there is no way to remove my bank cards to stop membership (the button they say to use does not exist on my screen). The ‘end membership’ button takes me to a broken page, and the advice through help is not accurate to be able to access account settings. Final kicker is that their ‘contact us’ button take you to help screens with no way to contact them. Finally found contact us screen elsewhere, but after typing the message, the submit button did not work.
Finally went to bank to block payments to merchant so that I can never use again, which is a shame because I’ve ordered many many prints and they have been great. I would never use a company that make cancelling subscription so difficult, it’s an immoral way to run a business imo.

I also realised the payment went through last year too, I was unaware it was an auto renewal thing.

The product is excellent however Evri lived up to their normal standards and lost the first parcel and instead of using my safe space, the greenhouse, left it on the doorstep in the rain. So my turn round from ordering to delivery was ordered on 2 Aug delivered on 25 Aug. Not the first time Evri has screwed up an order from Optimalprint. I might seek an alternative that uses a reliable delivery company. Order number 37782804

The print was just as it looked on the screen. Nice and glossy. It arrived 2 days after ordering, an incredibly fast turnaround. Packaging was a little flimsy but overall I am very impressed.

Many of the place cards were not centered, leaving them unusable for our wedding unfortunately. Very fast shipping and good price, but overall not very happy with the product.

Hello. I’ve tried contacting you but no luck. The poster is super granny. I did not get a message when I was using the software. If anything it looked like it would be a great print but the details are barely there. I also tried submitting a form but your website is unfortunately glitchy. Alas

Optimalprint offered me a great discount on these tshirts. The sizing is small so upsize, but the quality and service is great.

This my third acrylic print by Optima...very pleased. I will be ordering more...many photos from my travels need to be mounted and displayed. Thanks.

I had never heard of Optimalprint found it when I was scrolling through my phone for photo ideas for my baby granddaughter. WOW WOW WOW.
I ordered 20 thankyou cards and envelopes. These cards had 3 photos printed and a description inside. The price was fantastic. The order was 1st class. Delivery was prompt. It was so easy to get my engagement pictures printed! The process was seamless and shipping speed was also fabulous. There was a giant deal going on which is what caught my attention and separated you guys from any random google search website!

I have used a few photo sites and I think this one is the easiest to use. The results are beautiful. I have tried a canvas print and an aluminum print so far and I'm extremely happy with the quality.

The books were ordered on a Thursday night (printed in Auckland NZ ) and they arrived on the Monday afternoon into the lower South Island NZ (Only four days counting the weekend). Superb service and excellent quality.
