The technological aspect of things is what I find appealing. The dashboard is clear and doesn't overburden you with confusing charts. Without having to contact support, I can swiftly check balances and recent activity. It has an innovative yet uncomplicated feel.

Transparency is one thing I value

Transparency is one thing I value. Before I committed any money, I received a thorough explanation of fees and reporting. This was refreshing because I've worked with companies in the past where information was hidden in fine print. The most important thing to me is that my portfolio is in line with my long-term retirement plans, even though it isn't aggressive.

The fact that they are governed by the…

The fact that they are governed by the SEC gave me some comfort when I first discovered them while searching for a regulated investment firm. Rather than promoting high-return strategies, they actually took the time to determine my moderate risk tolerance. Thus far, the communication has been professional, and the performance has been consistent.

I needed a team that could manage things without constant supervision because I don't regularly check market updates. Here, my advisor makes frequent check-ins and provides straightforward explanations. I appreciate that discussions feel a bit more realistic than sales-oriented. Overall, the experience has been comfortable.
