Excellent service from Optics-Trade.eu. purchased fantastic Kahles 1x6x24 scope . had it in my hands within 7 days from Slovenia and I am in Canada. they also accessed a GRS laminate stock for Mauser 98 that I was unable to access in Canada. Kahles riflescope definitely best price for compared to US and Canada. I know I have purchased other products but can't remember. IF you want quality, competive price and for sure prompt service this is the go to retailer for me. Very satisfied! I have become a loyal customer.

I have shopped here many times. Very expensive German and Austrian optical products.But their prices are a bit better!

Two years ago I bought a Schmidt & Bender scope with a custom configuration. The Optics-Trade team told me from the very beginning how long I would have to wait. And indeed everything went perfectly, without any delays. And I was very pleased with the quality of the purchased product.

Now I am waiting to receive a pair of Swarovski binoculars. This time there happened to be a delay in the delivery time and I became worried. However, I found understanding and good communication with the Optics-Trade team and the situation was resolved. In just a few days I will hold my purchases in my own hands. Then I will come back here with my impression of this purchase.
Personally, this team has earned my trust through the high level of service. In addition, I have not found such good prices anywhere in the E.U. It is worth noting that here I also found some products that I have not found anywhere else.
It's admirable!

UPDATE: Today, April 17, 2026, the Swarovski binoculars and accessories arrived in my hands. I can confirm that the packaging, courier services and delivery went well. Thank you Optics-Trade! I will be happy to come back here.

I don't know if Ive been scammed or…

I don't know if Ive been scammed or not, I made an order last Friday and confirmed an order number. problem is when I go into my account on their website it says there are no orders outstanding. written some emails but no answer.
can someone help?

Slow response, wrong item, asking to remove a negative review

They are slow to respond to emails. They also sent me the wrong item.

This is a direct quote from an email they sent me (Mar 16, 2026, 12:18)

"If possible, we would also kindly ask you to consider removing or updating the review on our Google page, as we are doing our best to resolve the situation and provide the correct product to you."

I've been waiting months for a…

I've been waiting months for a resolution of a part that this company sent to me in Australia. It was an adapter to fit a thermal device, one that somehow the drop-down size box mistakenly advised the wrong size.
It did take what I considered too long to resolve, but now it has been and hopefully the correct item is now in transit.
But the company has been very helpful, and I'm sure they would have had to double-check everything is correct from my perspective the second time.
I advise you double-check your cart before finalising your online-sale, to make sure the options were not inadvertently changed by some glitch, and you will have no trouble. This was my fault in this instance.
I recommend this company for their service in the end, and would definitely use them again.

MDT Oryx CZ 457

I was looking for a stock for a bare CZ 457 rifle system. I decided on the Oryx model from MDT. After searching, the most attractive offer available, including shipping to my country (Poland), turned out to be from Optics Trade.

I corresponded with the store to confirm availability, technical details, shipping options, and lead time. Initially, they provided a fairly long lead time (6 weeks), but in the end, the entire order was completed in exactly 2 weeks. In the meantime, I received good feedback from the store. The person I was in contact with is knowledgeable, factual, helpful, and very polite.

Honestly, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the way the order was handled. I rarely write reviews, and if I do, they are more often negative, but here I have absolutely no reservations and overall I rate the experience clearly and entirely positive.

I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a Red dot sight and…

I recently bought a Red dot sight and after some initial problems with delivery which was impressively resolved very quickly and efficiently indeed. The company's customer service has been very useful and pleasant.
I finally got a 100% satisfaction and it turned out to be the shopping experience I had been hoping for.
I shall definitely use this partner again.

Unreliable

Optics Trade blamed their supplier for 3 months for non-delivery. I emailed the supplier, and they had no outstanding orders from Optics Trade for 3 months. Optics trade made no attempt to source what I paid for, or its sitting in their warehouse lost. Order cancelled.

I ordered Bushnell TRS-125 Red Dot

I ordered Bushnell TRS-125 Red Dot Sight & Bushnell AR Optics 3x Magnifier last Aug 8, 2025. Unfortunately the items we’re not readily available so I needed to request for cancellation & refund.

Thankfully the Optics Trade team specially to Klemen who is very responsive and immediately taken care of my request and even proposed great alternatives.

In the future I will still use Optics trade for my sports & hobby needs because they offer great products and great customer service.
