AVOID – Nearly 7 Weeks Later and Still No Delivery
I placed my order on 28th May, and it's now 13th July. I still haven't received my sunglasses.
I tried calling customer support twice. The first time, I was on hold for over an HOUR and reached position 1 in the queue before the call was disconnected. The second time, after waiting again and reaching position 2, the call was disconnected once more. Almost 2 hours wasted in total....
I then contacted them by email, and to be fair, they were quite responsive. They explained that the frame I ordered was very popular and that it could take 7–14 days to arrive, despite the website advertising next-day delivery.
I accepted that and waited. However, nearly SEVEN weeks later, I still don't have my Ray-Bans.
The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. These were meant to be a surprise gift for my partner. Overall, it's been a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience.

Poor serilvice, no glasses, no update but money taken
Although the price was cheap I should have realised it my have been too cheap.
The company took the money from.my account before they had the glasses to sell me. My non-prescription order is over a week old with no update.
I called them and waited for 30 mins never moving from position no5 in the queue
Spend a bit more and get a better service is my guidance

Ordered sunglasses as a gift, let's call them branded, not cheap, and I had not dealt with this company before but they were the only company that had his preferred colour in stock. So I took a gamble.

Worst online ordering experience I ever…
Worst online ordering experience I ever had so far! Decent prices but, the website shows the pair I ordered will be delivered up to 14 days, once placed order they emailed saying it’s going to take up to 4 weeks which, I agreed. After 1 month I reached out chasing the order and was told it will be up to 8 weeks! Then I asked them to send me a different size and ended up returning it as it was small and requested for refund, after 3 weeks and emailing them multiple times finally they issued the refund and blamed my Apple Pay for taking 3 weeks for refund!
