Sunglasses quite simply haven’t arrived. Ordered 3 weeks ago, the seller has provided a screenshot explaining that delivery was attempted, if it was the delivery company did not post a delivery note and according to the screenshot then chose to hold onto the package for a week without re attempting to post and then deciding to ship back to Spain. Customer service is useless, I’ve requested a refund and now they are ignoring me, they use Zendesk but communication is terrible. Suspect this is a scam. Avoid

Very bad experience with this Óptica Óptima. I made an order from Uk and they send me the item and didn’t fit me l returned to the optica and they didn’t give my refund and I didn’t receive the item back l sent many emails to them and they didn’t resolve!

Ordered a pair of sunglasses on 9/4/25 … I messaged Óptica Óptima to tell them I had misspelled my email address, they got back to me promptly telling me that they had sorted my email address out and my order would take 3-4 weeks, after 5 weeks with no delivery I emailed and messaged them on social media several times with no reply, customer service is nonexistent now.

Order QPLSAISDA , placed order 15th April and informed it would be 6-10 working days .. obviously this time has elapsed !! Got an email after chasing several times to say they would be dispatched on 12th May … still nothing ! Chased by email daily and now get no response , so I guess I will be visiting the address tomorrow or contacting the police to denounce the company … very very unhappy

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Optica Optima on April 24th. The transaction went through, but the next day I was notified that the item wasn't in stock and they would need to get it from their supplier. Honestly, I didn’t expect much speed after that — especially since I had them shipped to Bosnia.
But today, May 7th, they arrived! Less than two weeks, even with the delay — I’m very impressed with the service and delivery time.
The sunnies are great, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Terrible,I bought a pair of sunglasses then got an email immediately saying they didn’t have them and it would take 6 weeks for them to send out. Now I’ve requested a refund which they said will take over 4 weeks! Don’t bother with these guys.

My experience is the same as many others. Totally fine until you want to make a return. I paid for shipment, which is fine but then an email comes with a hidden charge of tariffs to Spain. A tariff on goods returnerd to sender is a joke. And the amount was for 40 euros, on an item worth 110. 37% tariff on a return from Norway. Oh what a scammy country you are. STAY AWAY

I recently ordered a pair of sunglasses from Optica Optima's website. As a French speaker, I selected the French language option on their site and carefully reviewed the product description before making my purchase. The sunglasses I chose appeared to match what I wanted based on the photo and description provided. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that the lenses were mirrored, unlike what I had intended.
The confusion arose from a translation issue in the product description (Frame: Carey / Lens: Gris Claro Espejado Plata) from Spanish to French. The term "Espejado Plata" was not clearly translated as "mirrored" in French, leading me to believe I was ordering sunglasses with regular lenses. Unfortunately, the photo did not clearly indicate the mirrored nature of the lenses either.
I contacted Optica Optima's customer service to explain the situation and express my disappointment with the misleading translation. Instead of addressing the translation issue, their response was a standard email outlining their return policy and procedures. I had hoped for at least an acknowledgment of the translation error and why not even an apology, but none was given.
Despite this, I proceeded with the return, which already cost me CHF 20.- in shipping fees. A few days later, I received an email from Optica Optima, requesting immediate confirmation of additional taxes and handling fees (that they would pay and deduct from my reimbursement), with a tight response window of 24-48 hours.
In the end, what initially seemed like a promising source for sunglasses turned into a frustrating and expensive experience.
I ended up spending CHF 80.- (approximately 85€, $92, £72) on administrative tasks and fees, without the satisfaction of receiving the product I had hoped for. While I understand that returns aren't free, the lack of clarity and communication throughout this process was disappointing.

This is the second time I have purchased contact lenses from OpticaOptima. They are much cheaper than on any of the UK websites and the delivery charge is more than reasonable. I have purchased them on 18th March and received them exactly a week later. Highly recommended and I will definitely shop there again!

I returned sunglasses and was contacted to pay the customs fee of 15 euros in order for them to process my refund. I agreed and the next day received a further shipping invoice for the original delvivery for £46.94 even though I had already been charged for shipping at the point of sale. no response to emails and no refund. I am now havingto pay the FEDEX charge so I have paid 50% of the product in shipping . Best to go to reliable UK based outlets

When making the purchase, I was asked to register a shipping address and I registered a PO box, and today I was contacted by FedEx and they charged me about 45 euros for handling and delivery to my home. I am angry about this disgusting deception. I would not have bought if I had known about FedEx in advance. A complaint will also be filed with PayPal.
Today I received the order with a courier. The bag has an address that I gave where to send it. Why this disrespect of ignoring and making me pay more money? I have a photo.
From an inquiry I made with FedEx, I was told that they only deliver door-to-door, and the seller did not specify this when making the purchase, which is why I had to pay them.

had one of the worst experiences with this company, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I requested a return, and the seller initially agreed, providing me with a return address. However, after I shipped the product at my own expense, they suddenly demanded an additional €70 in transport fees—something they never disclosed beforehand. They refused to accept the parcel unless I paid this unjustified charge, even though I had already paid for shipping once.
To make matters worse, instead of processing my refund, they sent the product back to me, essentially forcing me to keep an item I no longer wanted. This is not only deceptive but also an outright scam designed to take advantage of customers.
Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the company showed zero accountability and provided no real assistance. I have since escalated the case with PayPal and will continue to warn others about their dishonest practices.
If you value transparency, fair policies, and good customer service, do NOT trust this company. They will take your money and leave you frustrated. I regret ever doing business with them and hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

People, save your time and money. The company promises to send glasses within 1-2 days. After payment, I received an email that the glasses are not in stock, so I have to wait 10-15 days until they receive them from the supplier. So after 23 days I received my order. The prescription lenses were incorrectly adjusted (especially the axis of vision), the frame was crooked, the package was missing any certificate of authenticity of the product, a cloth for wiping the lenses, the box was not properly sealed, wish i could add some photos for you to see... After contacting customer service (if I can call them that) they kept repeating to me that their glasses are not adjusted to the type of face and head and that is why the frame is crooked. The only thing they said about the fact that the axis is incorrectly adjusted (confirmed by an ophthalmologist) was that their lenses are made by specialists, so there is nothing wrong with that. Despite the fact that I am a long-time user of prescription glasses, they assured me that there was no fault anywhere and that I should just have them adjusted - specifically in their physical optics in Spain (Im from Paris haha). The biggest mockery, however, was when, in response to my comment that, based on the above problems, I had a very strong suspicion that they had sent me a product that someone had already returned to them without adjusting the lenses and without replenishing the complete package, they replied that they could send me a new cloth if I wanted. After that, I decided to return the product because im not going to support this company obviously. The company did not reimburse me for shipping back, did not reimburse the lenses, the only money I received back was for the frame of the glasses. I understand that prescription glasses are a personalized product, but once I pay for the personalization, I expect that the correct one will be delivered to me. Oh, and lest I forget, for all these inconveniences and obvious failures on their part, they offered me a 10 percent discount coupon. Unfortunately, the coupon will not reimburse me for the lost 50 euros that were thrown in the trash just because of their unprofessionalism. The worst service and the worst experience I have ever had. Be careful with them and I definitely do not recommend. ordering prescription glasses from them, just like many other people in the reviews.
