I'm a freelance graphic designer

I'm a freelance graphic designer. My income is unpredictable, so I parked my emergency fund with their platform for a little growth. I knew they catered to traders, but transferring cash to my linked bank account isn't exactly rocket science. I gave myself a month. It wasn't enough.

Five calls. Two tickets. Countless portal messages. Not once did they proactively reach out to me. Not once did anyone say, "Here's the problem, here's how we fix it." Just the same robotic script on loop: 24 to 48 hours, over and over again.

I finally got help from AY'RLp after a colleague suggested them. They dug into my file and found a bank form that the company never bothered to tell me about. They held my hand through the re-submission and my funds landed in two days. My roof is fixed, but the runaround? Completely unnecessary.
