Great service for international orders
I was at first skeptical in purchasing online from another country and afraid of delivery & customer contact/service. But I must say that it all was great. Customer contact in English, very fast, helpful and friendly. Also tracking the order was easy and enough info available. Contact by the local carrier also friendly and helpful. The only improvement suggestion from my side would be the packaging especially for international orders, this could be improved as the order arrived without damages but the package has suffered a lot on the way. Would definitely repeat the purchase and recommend from this one experience.

I bought from them the complete electrical equipment for the kitchen and laundry room for our new house! The company offers, in my opinion, the best value for money in Italy, especially for high-end products such as Gaggenau and Miele Professional appliances! In addition, the service of the entire team is more than helpful and competent! An additional plus for me as a non-Italian is that they all communicate well in English, which was a real added value for me! I can recommend them without a doubt, especially if you are looking for exclusive products and depend on English for communication!

Late delivery
I ordered a product from a company that promised delivery within 7 days on their website, but my shipment was extremely late. I reached out to the company to inquire about the status of my order, but received no response. I had to send another message before finally getting a response from someone. Although the company has a good range of products, their poor after-sales service has caused me a lot of hassle and I will not be using them again.
