To update from my previous I raised a formal complaint on the 21st and the customer services are still saying they can't get hold of a manager. They claim management is a totally separate place. Please avoid!

Very poor quality, my experience phone lasted less than 2 years, rubbish quality

Cheap and tacky, Fell to bits in a matter of weeks. Glitchy software, poor performing hardware and AWFUL customer service.

Not just the phones either, the 46mm watch I purchased alongside it is trash aswell. Poorly designed and riddled with bugs.

I bought Oppo A5 2020 years ago. Using phone all the time. Dropped from my pocket many times. The phone still great and very strong. Its like Nokia 3310 . Very good.

Worst phone in the history of phones. Was totally done over by saleswoman in morpeth o2 who was clearly on commission because she spent ages talking me into getting this piece of c-rap. There is so much wrong with this phone it's insane:
Keypad is made for small asian fingertips and the down icon underneath space bar means you are constantly loosing what you're typing
If you copy anything at all a notification remains on the screen for next ten minutes -that goes for other stuff too, the notifications do not go they stay, covering your keypad for ages
I could literally list another 20 (big) faults
Just save yourself lots of daily anger and never ever buy this phone

In July 2023 i purchased Oppo Reno10 5G from Amazon India and turns out it is really a great smartphone under Rs 30,000 it has a great camera as well front and back l ultra wide as well with AI supported features. It is a big mobile and curved from side the battery performance is great it charges superfast speed just in 20 mins full charged. Just one problem that it does not have any earphone/headphone jack you have to use wireless bluetooth headphones for this mobile otherwise this mobile is great thumbs up from my side.

Yet another tortuous day of using an OPPO A54s phone.
Constantly updating, forgetting passwords and on the whole being totally crap.
This phone is a complete waste of electronics and it's core components should be returned to the earth from which it came via a land fill.
It's that bad even Argos have admitted they are useless and have reduced prices to remove them from their stock.
Imagine that, a company that sells crap has claimed it can't manage their low standards.

I had an issue with my oppo a96 phone.i got in touch with oppo and spoke to a lady called cindy.she was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help me.i can't thank her enough.oppo you have got a diamond of an employee.kind regards John.

I am giving rating here in minus. I had submitted my phone for fix the sound issue. When my phone was submitted in service centre it was broken. I didn't click any pic at the time handover the phone to courier person. Oppo is world worst service provider. Customer satisfaction tag line " Oppo never for ever" plz plz don't buy opp and use oppo service as well. Ur hard earn money will be wasted. Oppo will give nonsense logic.

Worse mobile I've ever bought.
It has always kicked me out when trying to type. Had it swapped and did the same thing when you type. You get to a certain point and it kicks you out.
It doesn't show you who calls on that there are calls and when you go in history you do not get recent calls. Oh and the best is when you hang up.well good luck as you have to go on to screen, unlock, scroll down and look for recent call amongst everything else you get in notifications on the phone and find it in small print. By the time you do this the other person hangs up. The camera also is not worth using. Heard this mobile was great on site for budget mobiles. Wish I'd gone for the Samsung they were talking about instead as this is by far the worse mobile I've ever had!

Both me and my husband bought OPPO Find X5 phone just a few months ago.
Since then, we have been so disappointed with the phones as the battery life does not last long, the phone heats up during use and when charging.
The phone automatically takes a screenshot when trying to put volume up/down.
It activates the Google Voice assistant when you want to take a screenshot.
Initially I thought it was a faulty phone but my husband has described the same problems with his phone which is the same make and model.
I have never had a phone give me so much problems so soon after purchase.
I would advise anyone wanting to purchase this phone not to do so as you will be very disappointed.

Since day one the battery won't last until noon if you actually use the phone a little bit.
It's got more bugs than an abandoned house and the few cool functions it has are gonna disappear at every update.
Cameras' quality is below average, I mean... Just put one lense in it with a good quality instead of 4 bad lenses.
Predictive text works only if you use simple, common words. As soon as you use a tiny bit sophisticated (I had to manually write "sophisticated") it shows its limits.
The back glass (Really? A MOBILE phone made entirely of glass?) is the first to go.
The charging port is bad quality and won't last, it won't hold the connector.
It's overall worth maybe half of what it costs.

I purchased Oppo Reno 10 last week Around 33000 rs. but The camera quality was much worse than my old oppo phone.

33000 its very higher amount but camera result was unsatisfied and its work like 8000 rs. phone

Three years have passed since I bought oppo reno 2.
The best android phone I ever had.

Like sony, but not heating like crazy.

Samsung in comparison feels like cheap plastic toy.

I haven't face any problems with this phone and very satisfied with OS.

Next phone definitely will be oppo.

This has to be the worse phone I have ever had. It's that bad I rate an IPHONE higher. And I wouldn't use any APPLE product to wipe dog poo off of my shoe, as that's an insult to the dog poo.

I wish I could give 0 star I got line on my oppo reno5pro phone because of software problem I visited the oppo service center they said this line on phone because of software problem but they didn't repaired cause of small scrach on back total waste of money don't buy oppo phones

Usually I would of never taken the bold step to buy an alien electronics brand to me 'oppo', but in a time when my finances were bad, Amazon UK gave me a chance to pay in installments a powerful mobile device called oppo reno4 pro 5 g. That was July 2021.

I usually go for brands I'm familiar with Samsung, LG, HTC, Nokia, and Sony...but I'm extremely greatful that amazon UK gave me that oppo-rtunity to own an 'overpowered mobile supercomputer' ...the tech specs in 2021 were UNBELIEVABLE!! ...and now in 2023, they still are !!

It's great to buy a device where the company thinks of longevity, and quality - and not just profit,band greed (you know, like low specs phones that force you to buy a new one every 1-3 years.... that's a western thing, disgusting greed, and wasteful).

The oppo android os, currently at 'color 12' is fantastic! ...it's the easiest, most intuitive communication device ove ever had the pleasure of using - I understand why it's so trusted/successful in India and China.

Oppo is now on my highly respected businesses list. I've never had any problems that I couldn't solve myself (I'm a techie, but the oppo color OS takes care of EVERYTHING!!), but it's highly customisable too - you really feel like you have the freedom to operate your mobile device with privacy, preference, and security - I was very impressed with the amount of privacy/security options.

This is an independent review of oppo, I didn't get paid to say this, I'm not biased, on the contrary I'm extremely critical !!

Be a conscious customer - DO NOT support dishonest greedy businesses, that will opt to make more money, and profit, at the expense of a customers stress levels, quality of life ( In the UK, British corporations, and other western businesses treat customers terribly!!! - they have a secret greedy business motto in the west " more problems = more money " ... it's disgusting.

I look to the east for inspiration and honesty.

Smart customers in the west need to WAKE UP, and stop accepting the poor treatment they receive at the hands of western countries - you can actually make MORE PROFIT, and have long term success if you follow the eastern business model - I never trust or use a business again that treats me badly (I give them a second chance if they apologise appropriately).

Unfortunately there are a lot of lazy consumers in the country I reside ( UK... I think scottish, and Irish customers are more discerning, and hard to please - seriously, never try and decieve or rip off a scot... especially far northers! ... we all need to demand better, and stop putting money into the pockets of the bad businesses.

apple is pathetic, they look pretty, they are highly functional (and that's exactly what you want) - but the prices!! omg. The tech specs are low, the tech is recycled, and sold for the same HIGH PRICES each year !! (there is nothing green about that) - create apple devices that are high specs, with longevity!! (THATS GREEN !)

My oppo device feels, and looks great ! ... I love the colour 'green glitter', it's like a lovely fresh green apple 🍏 - but in the UK, and other western countries there is a negative correlation with the word 'Glitter', especially when it's preceded by another word that starts with 'G' - I don't like that 'Green Glitter' is written on the back of my device ... it reminds me of a horrible, vile, British criminal called ' Gary ' - I'm sure I'm not the only person to think of that, also glitter is still a feminine word, I didn't like it - this is why I think Chinese business needs closer connections with fluent English/Chinese speaking innovators, and creators.

If the the oppo reno4 pro 5 g, didn't have ' Green Glitter ' written on the back of the device, I think oppo would of sold twice as many of this device model - I use a cover case when I'm out (because it's embarrassing) - it's hard to find decent attractive covers for this model though. I could just cut a shape of 'sunset orange' duct tape and cover the text, that'd be fine.

Well done oppo, I aspire to have high standards, and business ethics like you!

Hate hate hate this phone that I'm now stuck with!! Navigation is awful for downloading files but the biggest bugbear is not being able to close all apps without spending an hour...yes an hour!!.....trying to flip the tab up to close all and then you have to close them all individually as the close all function rarely works!! Never again will I be persuaded to have an Oppo phone
