Where is my order?? Give me money back!

Absolute worst service. Ordered tires with delivery time of 2 business days. After 5 business days they still hadn’t been shipped. The customer support is unresponsive, stupid AI chatbot, and people just don’t respond. They can’t even give an approximate delivery time. If you are ok waiting till summer for your winter tires, this is the perfect

Delivered on time. Invoices on time. Contact with driver made delivery easier.

AI shop, fake delivery date

Overall bad experience. Despite the fact that the delivery was late by a week which was a crucial factor for me I was charged almost 100 euro for returning the tires (25% of the overall tires cost). Additionally very poor contact with customer service department, they are replying late and don't stay on topic. I will avoid in the future and I recommend you do the same.

The best service all was fast and good quality

Tires should arrived according to the web site in 2 days, 7 days ago. They claim that they have 30 days for delivery and other information is nor valid which is not accorrding to the EU law. . This is not EU law, they just try to be smarter from Andora, hoping that I will not go to Police.
They dont asnwer, virtual assitance.
No phone, no contact, no email, no tyres.

It seems to me fraud, I pay with company money, and I dont know what to do!

After the official answer here, which is the only answer with apology, solving nothing:
- still no contact from the shop site,
- I opened tickets,
- I sent 20 emails, tried to call, use WA, etc.

THE SHOP DOES NOT EXIST.

On time delivery, despite a DE shipping source and PL as destination. I kinda didn't expect that, but this is my second time and you have not disappointed.

Oszuści! Zamowiony zostal komplet opon, a zamiast 4 dostarczono tylko 3. Kontakt bardzo utrudiony. Sprawa zglaszana kilka razy! Brak odpowiedzi! Sprawa zostanie zgloszona na policję. According to your answer we got package 13.12, not 21.12! We paid for 4 tires and we got just 3. Do you understand that it was not complete order?!We wrote many time to your stupid service ans still no answer!!!! Where is one tire!? Check this better!!!!

Product received with huge delay. Product should be in polish department/ stock, but get it from fu….. Germany.
German department hold items for so long before handle to the courier company. No precise tracking.
Product purchase on polish website but payments in euro + customer need to pay additional fees for money transfer. What a joke. Item shoud be with me in few days but received after weeks. No possible to contact customer services.
Will rather pay more a receive faster and no hidden costs ….🤯🤯🤯🤯

The delivery is a lie about 48 or even 72 hours. No feedback, no phone number, only Whatsapp with generic answers. After a week's wait, i wanted to cancel the order. Then you need to wait for 48 hours for confirmation. 72hours later they still can't confirm it. The support team takes a week to reply over email. And the reply is a generic one. It's a scam, I hope someone reports it

I don't recommend this company. They don't have any contact info on their website. There is information about delivery in 72h, but I've already been waiting seven days, and the tire has not been delivered yet. They provide a tracking number, but it doesn't work, and you don't know what happens with your order. Their after-sales service hasn't responded to my messages.
Be very careful if you decide to work with this company.

AVOID! They do not store any tyres themselves (mine were delivered from a completely different company).
All they do is they purchase discounted tyres online and enter your address as the delivery address. You can save money and a headake by buying directly from a proper tyre shop rather than a ghost intermediary. They operate under various unrelaed websites in my country and this on its own it a big red flag. They do not even have a branch in your country you could contact in case of a problem. I got charged twice for my tyres. I just want to return the tyres and I want my money back. It has been two weeks, a whole load of emails (you can't phone them becase they do not have a branch in your country) and no one is willing to help. I will give them another week and I am reporting this as a scam to the police.

The delivery took 1 week not 48 hours as written.
I try to contact and anyone reply to the emails, very bad customer service.
It arrived yesterday not good pack it arrive to free tires not the way to transport tires to the ciustomers, it arrived completely dirty.

Po angielsku. A few clicks to sign up to the portal after searching without needing to be a member. A few clicks to order. In spite of warnings contained in reviews relating to slow delivery the tyres were couriered across Europe in less than 4 days. Already drove 500 km on the tyres which the tyre shop assessed as good tyres. "Lider" customer team also sent email ahead of delivery with advice what to do when receiving delivery including how to refuse delivery if there were any issues. I'm happy with the service. One item also to note. The portal has helpful literature in relation to tyre science and tyre care and what you need to know about ordering for your own needs. Meaning understanding tyre technology before ordering. Didn't see such format anywhere else. I had a bit of knowledge and picked up more knowledge from "Lider" about tyres. This was a factor in picking "Lider" plus free delivery. Another factor was tyre handling by other online vendors. Other vendors showed some signs of carelessness handling tyres which is important. Tyres need particular care when handling before sale.
