I am incredibly disappointed with the service from Oponeo and will absolutely not be using them again.
I placed a completely correct order online, but what arrived at my door was the wrong size entirely. Instead of a straightforward, quick fix for their mistake, I was subjected to an exhausting and awful customer service process. I was forced to answer a barrage of strange, defensive questions, making me feel as though I was to blame for the incorrect shipment or was somehow trying to hide something. It was an insulting experience.
To make matters worse, after a long period of waiting for a resolution, they simply issued a refund—completely ignoring my explicit, repeated instructions that I needed the correct tyres shipped out, not a refund. They were even given a shipping address to my friendly garage, the address they asked for and confirmed receiving.
Now, I am back at square one, forced to go through the entire ordering process again and just hope that this time they manage to ship what I actually paid for. Save yourself the headache and buy your tyres elsewhere.

Never had a problem always delivered on time

I was looking for new tyres here in Ireland, but I couldn’t find the right ones locally at a reasonable price. After searching online, I came across Oponeo, and they had the best prices by far, with free delivery to Ireland.

My order arrived in just 5 days, right to my doorstep, exactly as promised. The whole process was smooth, easy, and hassle-free.

### ⭐ 1/5 – Still No Tyres, Still No Refund, Still No Answers

I am writing this review because after months of waiting, I am still unable to get a clear answer from Oponeo.

I paid **€194.88** for tyres (Order No. 187675381). The wrong product was delivered and was later collected through the return process organised by Oponeo.

Since then, I have received the same response over and over again:

**"We are still looking for the returned tyres."**

That answer might have been acceptable for a few days. It is completely unacceptable after months.

I am not interested in hearing that Oponeo is still searching, investigating, checking, or waiting for information. I need a simple answer:

**Where are my tyres?**

If Oponeo cannot find them, then:

**Where is my refund?**

I did not make any mistake. I followed all instructions, cooperated fully, and returned the goods through the process organised by Oponeo. The customer should not be forced to suffer because of problems within Oponeo's warehouse, courier network, or internal administration.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability and transparency. Nobody provides a clear timeline, nobody takes responsibility, and nobody gives a definitive answer.

Months later, I still have:

* No tyres.
* No refund.
* No solution.
* No clear answer.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had.

**My advice to potential customers: if something goes wrong with your order, be prepared for a very long wait and endless excuses instead of a solution.**

I have never experienced customer service this poor.

I ordered tyres from Oponeo, paid **€194.88**, and received the wrong product. Following Oponeo's instructions, the tyres were returned through their courier. Since then, I have spent months chasing a resolution.

Every week I receive the same meaningless response: *"We are still looking for the returned tyres."* Apparently, a large international company is unable to locate goods that were collected through its own return process.

As a customer, I am expected to wait indefinitely while Oponeo tries to solve problems within its own organisation. I paid for a product, but months later I have neither received the correct tyres nor been given a refund.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of accountability. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody provides a clear solution, and nobody gives a realistic timeline. Instead, customers are left with excuses and endless delays.

This experience has destroyed my confidence in this company. If a problem occurs with your order, be prepared for a long and exhausting battle to get a resolution.
