Registered on this site and the next day received a ban. After searching the Internet for information, I found that a lot of free games for points were taken from Russian accounts from the site. This is how they "robbed" Opium Pulses. It turns out according to the logic of Opium Pulses, when games are given away for free on steam / gog / epic, they can also ban players under this statement? The promotion with points seems to have been invented by Opium Pulses themselves, and not user fraud. Were these points used only by Russian users? I registered, just did nothing, and flew to the ban...
Not a very good site
Not a very good site. Who, without any explanation, blocked all Russian accounts. It smacks of racism.

SCAM site
I have been registered on this site for a very long time. Participated in the distribution of games, completed tasks, received achievements, accumulated points. The moment came when I decided to spend these points, bought the game and received a message "Serial key not available yet, check back later" instead of a key. After that I got banned.
I tried to contact the site administration and received an answer that they were deceived by evil Russians and something about the war in Ukraine. They offered to create a new account if I'm not from Russia.
How I deceived them using the points they gave me for completing tasks - I don’t know.
By the way, they also banned my friend, although he is not from Russia.
Bottom line - This site is just a scam.
bad site
make 3 purchases, don`t get amything. bad site, skip it.
UPD1. Got my keys after admins read this review, But last key was dublicated((

Opium Pulses
I'm pleased with Opium Pulses and the game I purchased from them. Wasn't very familiar with the site but they have great games and thrifty prices. You gotta try 'em!
Honest and Realiable
I discovered Opium Pulses a few months ago, and so far, I have no complaints whatsoever. Every key I purchased got delivered within a few minutes.
Cutting off the whole region was worrying, but despite being a small team, they took the time to explain everything through their Discord server.
Hopefully, they will grow and expand soon, as more competition is good for the market.
Unfortunately, Opium Pulses is SCAM
I registered on Opium Pulses over 6 years ago. I visited the site EVERY day. I participated in all the activities they suggested. And I was really glad that I found such a wonderful place.
I have accumulated many thousands points of local currency. But I didn't spend it, I had no reason not to trust the OP. After all, what could go wrong?
On September 14, 2022 the site told me: "This user account is disabled. Contact an administrator."
Okay, I wrote to the administrator. In response, I received a Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V reply about evil Russian hackers and an offer to create a new account. After that, the administration of Opium Pulses stopped the correspondence. Create a new account... Why? For they to f*** me again in 6 years?!
From the news on the site, it became clear that Opium Pulses lost the war with unscrupulous users. And they did not come up with anything smarter than to ban about 200 MILLION law-abiding users, current and potential.
Moreover, they banned everyone in a row: both Russians, and Belarusians, and Ukrainians, and Kazakhs and God knows who else.
What about scammers? Nothing... They will turn on the VPN, create new accounts and continue to accumulate points. The only thing OP gained from his solution was some time. But he got that time by cheating a bunch of people like me. We have been with this company for years, and in the end we were left with nothing. OP, tell me, how are you different from the usual scammers in this situation?
I wrote a polite message, practically the same as this. I wanted to warn future victims of Opium Pulses and therefore posted my message on the company's social networks accessible to me. As a result, OP removed my message from his groups on Steam, and on Twitter he simply banned me. Opium Pulses, truth is unpleasant thing, isn't it? ;)
Update #1.
Opium Pulses is asking Trustpilot to check negative reviews in order to remove them. Fraudsters are very surprised that after their dastardly crime, which affected thousands of accounts and hundreds of millions of people, there are dissatisfied users. 😄
Update #2,
made in honor of the fact that Opium Pulses commented on my review.
Firstly, Trustpilot does not conduct the review of negative reviews on its own initiative. OP initiates it. And he does this for the sole purpose of removing negative reviews, although he knows for sure that he deserves them 200%. Naturally, victims of the Opium Pulses scam do not want to communicate with scammers or provide them with information about themselves. Therefore, your requests are not answered, and you happily report to Trustpilot that the review is allegedly false and should be removed.
Secondly, the more you lie, the more the truth becomes visible. You write beautiful things about how negative reviews are good for the company, and that personally my review should stay on Trustpilot. But you asked for his verification. You requested verification, knowing for sure that I was the real user you deceived...

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. I got my key really quickly. It was correct and could be redeemed without any problems. Costumer support is just a bit slow, but they always respond and are dedicated to solving any issue.
Opium Pulses is a great site and store
Opium Pulses is a great site with a very nice store filled with interesting offers, mostly great value, including software that I urgently needed at the time. It also has some solid reviews that I check when I have the time.
They ban users cuz they 'abuse' (sarcasm) site rules (in fact not).
Break their own site rules.
This site is a SCAM
I wanted to exchange my points for 2 games, but even after 24 hours there is an inscription "Serial key not available yet, check back later" in my account instead of serial keys.
UPD: Instead of solving the problem, Opium Pulses just report the negative reviews to make them disappear. I highly recommend not to deal with this company! I still have not received my keys after 12 days!
Ty for your work 🙂

Needed a windows key for a build and you delivered as usual
Great site to buy games.
Only forward to a brighter future
I’ve been on your site for 5 years already and I wouldn’t say that I saw any disadvantages when buying, usually everything comes quickly, just like now I bought Duke Nukem Forever in just 1-2 minutes, the key came + that there are achievements in terms of length of service and others aspects of the site. I would like to see drawings of games of 5-10 copies so that there are more chances, otherwise it was very rare to win last year, I won only 1 game. the result is pleasing that the site is still working and more menie regularly in contrast to other similar ones, someone closed and someone exists, but as a result, extinct!
verry good :)
Bought a Trudograd CD-Key
Bought a Trudograd CD-Key with points, got it in e-mail within 10 minutes, nice!
Thanks your site!
Updated review
I recently bought Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition and Mortal Kombat XL and the Mortal Kombat: Komplete Edition code was already used. I understand working codes being hard to get since it's been delisted from Steam, but it sucks that it's been a week and I've heard nothing back from support, especially since the game is being sold for $21 USD.
UPDATE: Updated 3 star review to 4 stars. There seemed to be a glitch that prevented my ticket from going through the first time, but after a second attempt, I was given a full refund for the game. I updated my review to 4 stars because after they recieved my ticket, I was issued a full refund after only a couple of hours. Thankfully, this has been my only problem with the site after buying another game.
