As pathetic as claimed by all. Since all the way back in 2017 they claim to payout via a GC that never comes your way. Even if they've claimed to uodate their payment mode, don't expect to actually see it. Don't waste your time & be a source of revenue for such petty, scummy people.

They offer at least£5 welcome bonus and the minimum checkout is £10 so it seems attractive. But the surveys they offer me I’m never eligible for, I’ve never been eligible for one that theyve sent it’s a waste of time. I don’t even bother trying anymore because very survey screens out or ‘ sorry this survey is unavailable’ even though I got the invitation recently. Not worth your time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I completed a study for this website and it's a complete scam. If you want to do surveys to earn money, there are so many better websites other than this one. If you receive a study and it's for this website, where they want you to take screenshots and report back to complete 'tasks' don't do it. They won't reply back to your messages and they will not pay you. I've taken screenshots of the study website to avoid more people getting scammed.

I am very disappointed with Opinion Bureau. I had payments that were already "Approved," but suddenly they rejected my rewards and flagged my account for "invalid activity." I have always answered honestly, and it feels like an excuse to avoid paying out. Their automated system is flawed and unfair to genuine users. I would not recommend this platform if you value your time.

I am extremely disappointed with Opinion Bureau. After spending considerable time completing surveys and reaching the redemption threshold, I submitted a request for a $20 Amazon Coupon (Request ID: 113019).
Immediately after my request, my account was blocked under the false pretense of "invalid survey activity." This is a clear tactic to avoid paying out earned rewards. If there were issues with my activity, they should have flagged it long ago, not exactly when I asked for my money.
This site is a complete waste of time. They use your data and efforts but refuse to honor their payments. I have proof of my redemption request and their subsequent blocking email. Avoid this site at all costs—they are not legitimate.

Waste of time. You'll never get any money from them. They'll let you do surveys right up until you're close enough to withdraw money and then you'll be screened out of every single one. Easily been screened out of 100 plus surveys. And right before payout too. Strange that. Don't let the £5 join up bonus fool you either, as you'll never be able to get enough to check it out. And don't even think about contacting customer service. They either pretend to not understand you or their English is so limited that they actually don't understand you, or the most basic of queries and will copy and paste the same answer over and over. Absolute waste of time. Also my number was leaked after joining them, and now I get spam calls daily.

Made $15 but, although it stated as such in history, it was never made available to me. I sent email after email asking for it to be remedied but just received a response saying it was all declined.
I kid you not when I say I had to read their response quite a few times as it was obviously written by a person who doesn't speak English very well at all, or a young child. That just confirmed to me that this is a scam site with all the hallmarks of originating from Nigeria.

This site is a joke.

You complete surveys, the money shows in your balance, and then suddenly it’s “not redeemable”. Why? Because the survey is “under client review” — for months. No timeline. No guarantee it will ever be approved.

And even if the client approves it someday, you still have to wait 45 MORE DAYS to withdraw. Seriously, WTF?

The dashboard shows a minimum redemption amount, but the redeemable balance stays ₹0. Support just sends long copy-paste policies instead of giving clear answers.

Feels misleading and frustrating. If you want fast or even reliable payment, stay away. I completely regret wasting my time here.

I don't get any surveys to take. When I tried to prompt their profile survey via email, I never got it... This was a waste of time.

Total rip-off. They promise payment for surveys, garner loads of useful data from you, and then say "unfortunately you do not qualify this time."

Avoid at all costs.

Was tempted by £5 offer to join but I will not be seeing that. Utter waste of time move on.

Took forever to earn the minimum threshold to withdraw. Finally reached the £10 limit 24 days ago and still have not received my payout. 4 emails have gone without and response. Terrible

This is the worst survey site I have ever joined, offer you a fiver to join with a £10 minimum withdraw so you think "well that's not bad, won't take long" then every survey email you get has you blocked instantly saying you are not eligible, in the time I have been signed up I have earnt £0.00 so will be leaving them as soon as the site lets me log in!! Absolute garbage I wish I could have given it zero stars, join Lifepoints if you want a good survey site, I get between £10 and £20 a month using it with no problems!! UPDATE - 30/11/25 - Have tried to leave this site about 6 times now, closed account via website twice, emailed them 4 times now to tell them to stop sending me surveys but still they come, dreadful site that needs dealing with, DO NOT subscribe to them.

Absolute waste of time. Sends regular emails inviting you to complete surveys for cash rewards that “match your profile”. After completing the whole survey it then tells you you’re not eligible. Pretty sure it’s some data gathering scheme. Don’t bother

If I could give a zero I would. This place is a false place that just gives you surveys and never pays you. I even paid for an international call- stupid me for that.. do not fall into the trap I did! Do not respond or answer their emails

Opinion Bureau is THE worst survey site I have ever used and I've tried a lot! If you even manage to get to the minimum £10 withdrawal good luck getting it. After waiting 45 days for it to become 'redeemable' I asked for it through Paypal and was then told it takes 10 days to 'process'. Come on, its a bank transfer, yeah say 2-3 days and I'm cool with that. I mean ive already wait 45 days. As I write this I have now been waiting 12 days (plus the original 45) have emailed them, sent in support tickets more times than I care to remember and have had no response or payment.Surveys are difficult ways to earn more already without this near 2 months debacle. It's your choice of course if you want to use it I'm simply explaining why I will never. I do hope someone reads these reviewd and may contact me to explain why it takes over two months (or never) to process a bank transfer which we all can do in seconds.
