Title: Disappointed – Misleading product information

I have been a customer of Ophirum for over 2 years, but my recent online experience was very disappointing. I ordered a gold bar specifically because the website clearly stated it was from Heraeus. However, when I went to pick it up, I was told they don't offer Heraeus and I had to take whatever they had in stock. I was offered a brand I wasn't familiar with. Since I had already paid, I felt pressured and uncomfortable, so I took the bar, but I feel misled. If you are looking for a specific brand as advertised, be careful. I do not recommend their online shop.
