This company is a scam DO NOT PURCHASE they delete all negative comments from instagram (I have taken screens shots). They give you a fake tracking number and try blame no delivery on the strikes with Royal Mail.
They just steal your money!! Report the citizen advice and they will put you in touch with trading standards. Also if this has happened to you report to your bank as it’s fraud.

How can this company be allowed to trade? They take your money then ignore you when you repeatedly try to get in contact to chase up your order. I'm reporting them to trading standards for theft.

No item received. But they've taken my money. When I initially contacted them they replied to put my mind at ease. But now they just ignore me. Avoid at all cost. Thieves.

I absolutely love this brand! The personalised bracelet I received was so beautiful and special, every time i see my daughters name it makes me smile!

I have ordered goods on the 25/11/22 from opes robur have not received goods. I have emailed several times no response, opened live chats no interaction, and contacted via telephone automated message unable to speak to anyone. Please do not Order from this site I believe it to be a scam site

Goods paid for but never received. i beleive they had no intention of ever sending. not answering phone and automated e mail response just constantly says 'not yet fulfilled'. As other reviewers on this site have said I am now not getting any resonse at all despite trying repeatedly to get updates- Please avoid purchasing from this site as awful experience of which has ruined my trust in teh online shopping experience

This company is a scam. Placed an order and it never arrived. I sent an email to chase it up, then found all the reviews on here talking about similar experiences. Needless to say, no one replied to my email and order never came.

Terrible customer service. Place order takes a month to deliver due to engraving. When item received not even engraved or what I ordered. Emailed 4 times no response. Would not recommend this company!!!

Order and payment taken - non-delivery. No contact despite multiple attempts. Launched small claims against them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Received a bracelet which states life time guarantee. The bracelet broke and I contacted them multiple times with pictures and they have not come back to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND YJE GODO ARE NOT GREAT QUALITY

Such a beautiful earrings, very dainty and delicate, perfect for everyday wear, I have been wearing this for a long time and it never faded at all, it's a good value for your money, thank you very much for another lovely purchased.

Please avoid. They are scammers. They took my money, no goods, no phone number, they replied to 1/2 emails then nothing. They have blocked me on their Facebook as I was calling them out. On instagram they keep deleting my comments. Please avoid! Most good reviews you read are probably fabricated by their pple. Disgusting vile company.

Ordered the silver padlock paperchain necklace. Looks like it's come out of a cracker. Been emailing and contacting then on Facebook, but still no reply!! 24/7 customer service.....I think not!!! Just want a refund. UPDATE.... returned chains by Tracked. Arrived back with them next day...signed for.... yet still no contact and no refund. Ignoring all emails and live chats and telephone is a recording and nobody ever answers. DO NOT buy from this "company". They're cowboys who will Rob you blind.

Ordered nail bangle weeks ago still not arrived. Been emailing messenger no reply
and so called live chat which says aways busy leave a message and they will get back to you.. If you make a comment on the Facebook page they delete it. Scammed a lot of money

I have the gold-coloured padlock necklace and gold-coloured havoc bangle and love both.
I am slightly concerned about the delicate nature of the clasps on the bracelet, but otherwise love the aesthetic of both items. They were delivered in a timely fashion, well wrapped and get loads of compliments.
