Fake Company!!!!!!Avoid at all cost, ordered a Ooni Product, had email confirming order, same day, then was able to track then tracking stopped, emailed them, no reply, 😞 kept saying server 👎🏼

Ordered Ooni product from openster, had email confirmation, payment went to Lens Lab?
They sent tracking info, MTCW, shipping, was able to track from 21st August untill 12th September, then track link failed to work 😔, kept saying server down, even my daughter tried as this was a gift to her, I emailed the email that was sent to me confirming order, and 3 times more emailed, came back each time email not recognised ,
They are scammers and I hope they get caught,!!
I urge you DO NOT buy anything from Openster,
Everything I have mentioned is truthful and honest, and have proof of order and one communication back from a Olivia Wilson ?

Website is fraudulent

Website is fraudulent, your payment go’s to a fake shell company “repair lens lab” , then your tracking information page gives you fake updates before the server “go’s down”

Avoid

Don't use this company as they didn't send my goods

I placed an order 6 weeks ago for a microwave oven to Openster. To date I have never received my goods.
I have sent several emails to Openster and also filled in their Contact Us form on their website No replies received. I have also sent several emails to the courier mtcwc global logistics at contact no replies received. The link sent by email to mtcwc no longer works. I looked up MTCWC Global Logistics and phoned them. They said that my tracking number was invalid.
I registered an account with openster as I paid by credit card. This account now doesn't exist.
I will be contacting my credit card company and asking for a refund.

Ompre.com and Openster.com are the same

Ompre.com and Openster.com are mirror scam websites that operate in exactly the same way. One of the Openster.com menu items accidentally shows the name Ompre.com. Both companies have fake profiles and both claim to ship products from Antwerp. You will receive a tracking number with a link to a shipping company (MTCWC) and a fake tracking schedule which gets updated with progress every day until they claim to have tried to deliver, and are awaiting instructions. Email addresses do not work, MTCWC website now appears to have been taken down and the Google street view of MTCWC’s office in Antwerp is a children’s nursery school. Both Ompre and Openster claim to be operating as UK companies, but the numbers on companies house are owned by unrelated individuals and are dormant.

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. A scam company selling home electronics and gadgets. Ordered a digital camera and followed the tracking details for a month as it apparently departed from Antwerp, came to Edinburgh and then delivery was apparently attempted (it was not). The openster and mtcwc websites no longer work and all emails to their contacts are undeliverable. Do not lose your money!

SCAM site

SCAM site, don't use. Items ordered will never be received. Both the site and the courier services contact details don't work and you'll get a delivery notice stating no one answered and nothing more. The best outcome is possibly the bank will refund you your purchase.

I have had the same experience as…

I have had the same experience as others. I ordered a Dyson vacuum, almost a month later I was informed that the courier was going to deliver my item but nothing arrived. This site is a scam.

Do not try to make any purchase. Scam, scam, scam

I would like to warn everyone against making any purchase on the online platform openster.com.
After the purchase, you will receive an email along with a tracking number. Everything looks very professional, the status of the shipment is refreshed every day. It seemed a bit strange to me that the parcel was sent by ship from Antwerp to Edinburgh, but well, maybe they have such a system. After 29 days, an entry appeared on the tracking number that they tried to deliver the parcel to the indicated address. This is obviously not true, as I was present at home all day and the motion-detecting CCTV camera did not find any courier present. The same thing happened again the next day. An attempt to contact the seller to clarify the situation was unfortunately unsuccessful. I was most likely a victim of an online scam, and the alleged seller and the delivery company are one and the same.
P.S. Another attempt to contact via email was unsuccessful. The contact email address no longer exists.
