We encourage our cardholders to utilize our 24/7 automated telephone system (1-800-859-6412), when possible. Our automated phone system does not currently offer an option for cardholders to be directly transferred to a Customer Service Representative. However, if you remain on the line, without selecting an option, you will be transferred to a Customer Service Representative. Please be aware that you will sit on hold before you are transferred.

The experience I've had with opensky has been more then great. Opensky has helped me to establish my credit score in such a short period of time. You can view your credit score at anytime. This sets you on the right path for the future leading you into success to continue building credit. They also will be willing to help you with an actual line of credit once you start building your credit score.

Thank you for your message. We recommend calling 1-800-859-6412. When you call, the automated system will ask for your account number. If you do not have an account number handy, do not type anything in when requested and you will be transferred to the first available representative.
