No response to query(?)
Queried via their enquiry section on their website requesting information on insurance, treatments, and appointment process. I did not receive a response. Strange and a shame as I have private insurance and now have a lengthy treatment plan scheduled with another facility.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt and presume they mistakenly missed my request. Possibly they did respond and the response was caught in my quarantine report. This review is to highlight to the business there may be a service gap that needs addressing. I will be happy to amend the review based on how, or if this review is acknowledged.
