Cristian Pricop, founder of the company is a well-known scammer in Romania. His company CBC Finance scammed hundred of people. Total loss is about 44 million euros. Now this is his new company.

Get in contact with me if you want more proves that are the same people that screw people since 2018. You can search on YouTube "INVESTIGAȚIE: A DAT CRISTI PRICOP CEA MAI MARE ȚEAPĂ CRYPTO DIN ROMÂNIA?" but unfortunately it's in Romanian language. All what it says in that documentary video it's true. be aware!

This company is a fraud, they have rebranded their old company CBC Creative Finance, to this one (Open Fintech Solutions), they have not return any money to any of the customers in the last 3-4 years, they have many open legal cases against them by customers, be aware !!
They currently have 42 open legal cases you can check them on lege5.ro website by searching CBC Creative Finance
Why is this relevant to Open Fintech Solutions? Owner of Open Fintech Solutions withholding HUNDREDS of clients' money for 4 years, dozens of open court cases against his companies
This company is owned by the same person as CBC CREATIVE FINANCE and was opened following press coverage of the massive amount of money which went missing since at least 2020. HUNDREDS of clients have been led on for the past few years and were not paid back their investment, let alone the profit. There are dozens of (successful) court cases against CBC CREATIVE FINANCE and its owner, which can be viewed on the Romanian court case portal.
I have been trying to recover my investment for several years, and have been fed lies until they eventually stopped responding.
