I saw a few advertisements, open bank easy fast cheap, well ... none of this is true I do not recommend anyone to do business with this bank they are unreliable in the field of communication advertisements so a bad choice to let them manage your money be warned!
Tedious process to open an account, but that's just a small part of my frustrating journey with this bank. I was unable to add my house number and suffix (let's say it was 78B), so the system defaulted to no house number (literally "NULL", ergo, no debit card or digital codes to complete any transactions or make any other changes to my account). The NL support desk, while friendly, offered no actual support. I had to email the support desk in (presumably) Spain. After a week during which I received no response whatsoever, I emailed both NL and ES support email addresses, after which someone in NL emailed back that she had fixed the problem. However, upon checking my account, an incomplete house number had been entered (8, B, so one digit was missing). After a phone call to them, I was told that the colleague had not been able to change it correctly (in other words, they lied in the email to me that it had been fixed) and that they had already contacted Spain to fix whatever the technical glitch was and that they'd keep an eye on it. Almost three weeks later, still nothing has been fixed, they have not reached out to me at all, of course I still haven't received my card and codes, and when I emailed them with the same mail trail with my issue asking them to close my account altogether, no offer was made to again fix my initial problem, nor was it addressed in their response in any way. There is no way now that I would trust these folks with my money even if they did manage to fix a glitch that shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I am happy to stick with my trustworthy (paid) ING accounts. It is absolutely true that you get what you pay for.
Opened an account via their website which was fairly easy and straightforward, made a small deposit and uploaded my documents.
Received a mail 2 business days later that my document was invalid without reason, so they closed the account. On their advice I opened a new account with another document, this time I chose for instant verification with a videocall, took less than 10 minutes and it was done.
Sadly we're now a few days further and I still cannot login to my account and just received mail that they want me to upload documents once again.
Besides that I had to ask the support agent to get my small confirmation deposit back, now yet to receive it.
Opened a account on Febr 7th.
Made a deposit
Nu further explanation.
No reply on E-mails sent to the costumer service

It sounded too good to be true, and it is.
