Consistently delivers high-quality results

I’ve had an outstanding experience with OpenAI. The product itself is incredibly powerful, intuitive, and consistently delivers high-quality results across a wide range of tasks. It has genuinely transformed how I work, learn, and explore ideas.

What truly sets OpenAI apart, however, is the customer service. The support and responsiveness are first class, showing a real commitment to users and continuous improvement. It’s clear that innovation and customer experience are both top priorities.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance productivity, creativity, and problem-solving with cutting-edge AI.

The only thing that keeps me using Open Art is the support team. Some of the models do not function correctly and you spend a ton of credits only to have a product that you cant use. when support give you back your credits it makes it better. There is a large learning curve and a knowledge you must have on writing the prompts but other than that, is fairly easy enough a beginner can flow thru creating.

“OpenArt is a genuinely fun and enjoyable platform with a clean, non-overwhelming interface. It’s extremely easy to use, and even someone with no prior experience can learn it quickly. Highly recommended 🙂”

Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely appalling.

Signed up as their website clearly highlighted bulk or batch production of images from a csv file.

This feature had been removed. Then, when trying to request a refund, I was abruptly told that refunds are against their policy.

I raised the issue with my bank who promptly refunded my charge.

Had they simply refunded my fee, I would have gone my way without bother, but I feel that others need to know what they're actually signing up for.

I love this ai tool

I love this ai tool. I know it’s still a work in progress so we have to be a little patient and modify our ideas for now. Would love to have more than two characters interacting but that is something that doesn’t work yet. I had a situation where it glitched and I lost all my credits. They were fairly quick at fixing the problem and I was very happy.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Verry bad experience and results that costed me alot of money. Generating Music videos with wrong texts for +3000 coins. And need to pay extra to correct the mistakes generated by the AI is a joke. Voice Over is garbage. No lie, free versions can get better results. Never again.

I’m unfortunately very disappointed…

I’m unfortunately very disappointed with OpenArt’s customer support.

For almost 9 days now, I’ve been in continuous email contact with support regarding a subscription issue. My account shows “Free” in the subscription settings, but I am still being charged for an Advanced plan that I no longer want and cannot switch to the free plan myself.

The core problem is that the subscription management page is broken: It displays “Current Plan: Free”

There is no option to downgrade. Any attempt to change the plan fails with an error message.

Despite this, billing continues. I explicitly informed support that I am not using the service or credits at all and only want my account downgraded to Free.

Support repeatedly asked me to clear cache, cookies, try different browsers, and even reboot devices. I followed all steps, including logging in from a completely different computer, nothing changed. At this point, it’s clearly not a browser issue.

What is most frustrating is that support never simply downgraded my account manually, even though this would have immediately resolved the problem. Because of the delays, my subscription has already renewed, and I was charged again for a plan I actively tried to cancel.

There was also no real response to my requests for goodwill or a refund, despite the situation being caused by a UI/technical issue on their side.

Overall, the communication was polite but not solution-oriented. For a paid service at this price level, I expected a much more proactive and customer-friendly approach.

Negative Review of Open Art

Negative Review of Open Art
At the beginning of January, I created a clip in the Open Art app and spent around 5,000 credits. As a result, a bug appeared - subtitles that I did NOT add and cannot remove. This completely ruined the final video.
I contacted Open Art support through their official Discord. They told me the issue was forwarded to the developers and that the expected response time was 1-3 days.
Today is January 27, and I still have not received any response. Support simply disappeared.
There was another unpleasant situation as well. I was contacted from an official Open Art page and told that I had won 2,000 credits. I replied, but never received an answer. This looks unprofessional and misleading.
I also want to highlight a serious issue with credits. This is not normal - unused credits do NOT carry over to the next month and simply expire. This may be mentioned somewhere in the subscription terms, but it is not clearly communicated to users.
I lost around 4,000 credits, which means I lost real money in US dollars.
Overall, it feels like Open Art profits from users while failing to provide proper support, transparency, and respect for paying customers.
I am very disappointed and do not recommend this app, especially for those with a paid subscription.

Good Customer service …

Customer service (CS) was pretty efficient to solve a problem related to a plan upgrade error on my part.
In my opinion I would not need to make contact with CS if the option to abort, change or correct was contained within the page itself.
Even with that the CS response was reasonably fast

Terrible experience – broken video & no support

I tried using OpenArt AI and it was a complete disaster. I paid credits for a video, but the platform rendered only a broken file that I could not use. I contacted customer support hoping for help, but all they did was give a generic response and refused to refund my credits.
Absolutely frustrating. Do not waste your money or time on this platform. The tool might seem promising, but the reality is unusable and the support is nonexistent.

Terrible. Felt scammed. Spent USD13 for monthly subscription. Assets are erased immediately upon subscription cancellation. Video is only 9s. Dumb video content. Voiceover function suck.
