Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 494 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Customers frequently highlight the excellent customer service, noting prompt responses and helpful, courteous support that quickly resolves issues. Many users also appreciate the quick response times from the support team, which contributes to a positive overall experience, especially for newcomers to the platform. However, some people were dissatisfied with the product itself, finding it often fails to follow prompts accurately, leading to frustration and wasted credits. There are also mixed opinions regarding the user experience, with some finding the interface cluttered and confusing, while others describe it as straightforward. Additionally, some customers reported issues with subscriptions, including unexpected charges or the loss of credits and creations, and a few felt that customer support did not adequately address these concerns.

Had an unexpected charge on my account due to an auto-renewal I wasn't aware of. I contacted support and Melissa handled it quickly and professionally — full refund processed the same day. Great customer service experience. The platform itself is very powerful for AI image generation.

Cancelled subscription, but still getting charged

I cancelled my OpenArt subscription manually through my account, and my dashboard showed “Current Plan: Free” and “Credits Pack: 0 pack.” Despite this, I was charged $56 again on May 8. Support acknowledged that my dashboard showed conflicting subscription information due to an error on their side, but they still have not refunded the charge. Even after support said auto-renewal was cancelled, my account still showed a future monthly credit refill date. I have asked multiple times for a refund and have not received a clear resolution.

I had an issue with my subscription renewal and was unexpectedly charged after thinking my plan had been cancelled. The OpenArt support team carefully reviewed my case, explained what happened, processed a refund as a goodwill gesture, and permanently cancelled my subscription to prevent future charges. Melissa from the support team was professional, polite, and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate the quick resolution and clear communication.
