This is the worst store we've shopped in in Netherlands. We ordered something in the physical store in Utrecht. Later on we received an email that they didn't have the item after all. So far so good.
Low and behold, 1 month later they still didn't reimburse the money. We need to jump through hoops to get our money back. It is the most ridiculous shopping experience. And it borders il*legal practice.

I purchased a jacket from Open32, but it was not available in the store, so the staff kindly ordered it for me and had it delivered.
The jacket arrived, however the security tag had not been removed, which caused me significant embarrassment when visiting other shops, as the alarms were triggered.
I then had to go back to the Open32 store myself to have the security tag removed, spending extra time and effort due to a mistake that was not my responsibility.
As compensation, I was given a 20% discount card, but it turned out that this discount is only valid on new collections or non-discounted items. Considering that Open32 is a rather expensive store, this form of compensation felt insufficient and disappointing.
Overall, the jacket is really good but the experience itself was frustrating and costly, and I expected a more reasonable and flexible solution.

Today I visited the OPEN32 store in Roermond for the first time while exploring the city after recently moving here. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly welcomed.
The sales assistant, Marina (I later found her name on the receipt), was stylish, warm, and incredibly kind. She offered me a drink, took my items to the fitting room, and guided me with such care and patience. Her advice on styling and color combinations was genuinely helpful and inspiring.
Because of her, OPEN32 became more than just a store with nice clothes ,it became a place I would happily return to again and again.
If every store had someone like Marina, shopping would always feel this special.

The customer service was not good at all.

Ordered hat 3 of March. After almost 3 weeks I wrote email to customer service, respond was very fast. My package by some mistake returned to them. Customer service person was very polite and did everything to help me. I was able same day pick up my hat from shop in my city. I got a lot of apologies, discount coupon, my hat and good mood! The way they fixed them mistake made me happy!
