My experience has been very disappointing. Bought a very nice looking standing desk through Amazon. There is a problem with control electronic (its dead). Table is just out of warranty. Reaching out through amazon, the vendor has gone silent after asking for amazon order number. Even direct emailing and telephone calls remain unanswered.

I bought an adjustable desk, it was outside its warranty after breaking (bought Apr 21, broke Jan 23). I asked to buy the spare part which was not available. Daryl was really helpful and quick to respond. Amazingly Opal Living offered to replace the desk, I didn’t even ask. It’s a great product backed up by a great company and great customer services. Nice one Daryl and thank you.

After enduring hip/leg pain exacerbated by long periods of sitting I ordered the 3 stage dual motor kit to use with the top transferred from an existing fixed height desk.
Arrived promptly, well packaged, robust construction, near silent operation.
Minor criticisms: instructions not 100% clear but still usable. Was advised that a 1m wide top would fit - had to remove two plastic guide pieces to reduce the width or the frame would have been wider than the desk (operation of the desk unaffected).
Overall an excellent product & I'm already feeling the benefit of alternating between standing & sitting. Would recommend without hesitation.

Baught the black standing desk legs, showed up in 2 days, best purchase I've made this year, these legs are awesome.

Ordered the Opal Living sit stand desk and made a slight mistake on my end with the delivery address. I ordered over the weekend and was worried it could have been delivered to an old address. Thankfully the business got back to me through social media on the weekend and made the update to my order. It arrived so quickly and the desk is brilliant. Super happy with my new office desk and the customer service from this company.

Couldn't be happier with this standing desk frame (dual motors, 3-stage) I have bought from Opal Living...
It arrived quickly, very good quality and well built. It's also pretty heavy (nearly 30kg) which I was hoping for as it makes it veeery sturdy even at standing position. (and I'm very picky when it comes to details and quality)
Assembling was a breeze, instructions are excellent and even 5 pieces of adhesive cable ties were included which I didn't expect.
I was a bit sceptical before ordering as I haven't heard about this company and there are not many reviews but now I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the product I got.
I'm using this table for about 2 weeks now and it works as expected.

Super quick delivery and a nicely made product, at a decent price point. Easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough to cope with the job. Let's see how it goes on a lengthy desk test...

Purchased the large stand up desk a few months back. Went to website which said it was out of stock, but using the live chat to speak to the company allowed them to find one and send to me, shipped the same the same day and arrived a few days later. Used the stand product for a few months and has been fantastic. Easy to use, made a real difference to working from home!
