Flavor awful, customer service nonexistant

ordered raspberry flavor, it was more like a faint artificial bubblegum. Absolutely disgusting, and I couldn't find any way to contact them or review it on their website. the only avenue for contact is their ai chatbot and even then you get one prompt before having to submit your email and agree to the sale of your data to third parties. I got the smallest option so I'm only out about $10 for this, so I opted to just let it slide. But I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company

Horrendous customer service

The flavors taste nothing like they are labeled. Banana split doesn't taste like it. Fresh raspberry doesn't even taste like artificial raspberry let alone real raspberries. Peaches and cream doesn't taste like peaches or cream. Everything is off.

Their customer service is HORRENDOUS! I asked for an ingredient list for 4 days. Day 2 they got me a VERY VAGUE nutritional label for only 1/2 the flavors I asked for. I asked for the others and asked specifically for an ingredient list to see what they were made of (I don't want set off any allergies). Day 3 they said they'd provide it to me in the morning and never contacted me. Day 4 they continued to keep pushing me off and told me they couldn't provide one. What company selling a food product can't provide an ingredient list? You should know what's in your products.

This company needs investigated and shut down! My recommendation is never buy from them. These flavors are gross and the customer service sucks. I definitely won't be buying ever again.

Fast Shipping, But Terrible Product Quality

Shipping was extremely fast, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this purchase. I ordered $65 worth of different flavors, and not a single one tasted anything like the description. The entire box had a smell almost like bath soap, which should have been my first warning sign.

The flavors were unusable and had a chemical taste that completely ruined the food I added it to. For the price I paid, I expected quality and accuracy, but instead I got products that were both unpleasant and disappointing.

I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable flavorings.

Horrible in every way

First, they will not tell you what the ingredients are until you order a pound. How do I know if I want your product without that information. The taste is nothing close to what the package says. Don't bother returning, customer service is a water of time. Throw it out and write a review.

Tastes of poison

I tried 5 flavors: grape, blue raspberry, fruit punch, pink lemonade, and cherry lime. I swear to you if I made you a glass of each of them you couldn’t tell which was which. For starters the powder is hydrophobic, and all of them taste like poison and I couldn’t even choke down any of the flavors without feeling nauseous

Terrible quality control and uppity…

I see there's almost no four star reviews and the most recent 5 star review was from 2022, around the last time i used them until this one more recent time. They've clearly gone downhill to the v point where they'll bottle and sell lots that were flawed or tainted in the manufacturing process. Terrible/No quality control and uppity smart mouthed customer service agents who are more interested in lecturing, making cute remarks, and being argumentative than they are in fixing errors or keeping customers. They don't care about losing your business and make that fact abundantly clear. How dare I use the word fraudulent! Time for a 3 paragraph lecture from the agent about "unfair and dishonest accusations", AS IF IM LYING OR SO STUPID I DIDN'T REALIZE THE GARBAGE I RECEIVED WASNT ACTUALLY GARBAGE BUT VERY HIGH QUALITY FLAVORINGS. This idiot seems to have forgotten what their job is and confused themselves for one of my parents... Seems to be some confusion as well from these agents about customer service existing to assist, please, and keep customers, not customers existing to please them and coddle their massively overblown egos.
As for the quality control.... I ordered dozens of bottles after being impressed with a sample pack and much of what i received was either tainted, extremely expired, or was from bad batches they chose to sell anyway. The pictures were all clear liquids but much of what I received was inky blackish brown and all the different flavors that were this inky color were absolutely disgusting and had a very similar bitter limey undertone to them and NONE smelled or tasted even remotely close to the listed flavors and for that matter they didn't taste like anything meant to be edible and i mean after being mixed into my projects, not like im here trying to taste pure concentrate and finding it revolting. The weird colored ones had a taste i imagine would be similar to if i were to mix gasoline and vinegar with cheap bitters and rotten lime juice.

You might get a good product or you might not but with so many other brand options out there, why give your money to these clowns and swindlers? Or... find out for yourself if you ever need to contact support. Be ready for an inbox full of replies that are primarily focused on nitpicking your communication and trying to be as argumentative as possible instead of being customer focused and focusing on your issue. Nope... its clear where their focus is by their smartc remarks and putting 90 percent of their focus on how your email bruised their ego because of using vwords like "fraudulent nonsense"..sorry... I dont/wont do business with a company who feels comfortable passing off faulty product and whos agents behave as if customers are here to support their issues and listen to them whine about their bruised egos and put up with the multiple replies that were purely to lecture about and argue with me about their issues with my "communication style and wording" (seriously!!!) along with a rather lengthy, self righteous, and flowery speech trying to frame their company as a brilliant beacon of purity in a dark world, instead of THE FOCUS BEING KEPT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ISSUES. Like theyre the second coming and i should be bowing and falling to my knees, never daring to have the audacity to question their ethics or integrity. After the above emails i had enough and fired one off that would make a sailor blush (they didn't like my initial word choices and that's where all the focus of their replies was so why not give them an example of something truly offensive?) and perhaps childishly, blocked their email as i figured given the general tone of behavior they'd continue to send me emails that had nothing to do with my issue and rather unsurprisingly they still felt the need to throw more smug snark on the pile and began emailing from a DIFFERENT email address to carry on their fixation with ***everything EXCEPT the issues i contacted them about***! Real piece of work, these people...
Their Customer support is like social media keyboard warriors, we all know the type, and their focus is THEIR ego, THEIR narrative, THEIR issues, three things that have ZERO BUSINESS taking the forefront of customer service interactions. Looking at the other reviews here it seems all the above nonsense with costumer service and tainted or ruined product being sold off instead of trashed is their standard operating procedure.

AWFUL

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Please do not buy from here. Especially if you get the powder form, the smell will make you nauseous. Even after adding 14g to my drink, it made it worse. The chemical taste, the after taste, it all lingers and it’s so bad. There are also NO refunds. Per the email I just received : “As noted in our store policy, due to the nature of our food-grade products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges once an item has been opened. All flavoring sales are considered final.“ I’m not kidding. You are better off with $1 box of flavor packs from the store.

Terrible flavors, terrible customer service policy

Ordered $100 worth of different flavors and absolutely none of them tasted anything like description. Entire box smelled positively rancid which should have been my first clue. One drop is difference between absolutely no appreciable change in flavor vs a horrible chemical taste that ruins whatever food you're using it in. Reached out to company who promptly told me in corporate speak to take a hike.

I've had great experiences with many other similar concentrated flavoring companies and assumed this one would be on par with the others; my mistake, I suppose. Avoid.

I ordered several different flavor…

I ordered several different flavor packs. I make ice cream with Keto Chow, but some flavors need enhancement when frozen. I added 10 drops of lemon/lime to one ice cream and 10 drops of the caramel to another, both before freezing and creating the ice cream in my Ninja Ice Cream maker.
Neither one made any difference in the final product at all.

Buyer beware don’t trust one on one flavors

Buyer beware They took my money and I did not receive the product USPS said it was delivered but I never got it They took no responsibility for the shipping I would suggest use amazon to purchase there product witch I did will be here in 3 days they will stand behind the shipping Don’t use one on one flavor bad bad place my order # 70553171845. Drastic change in quality. Very poor.

I don’t know if they have changed their supplier or what, but now it seems like all their flavors have a very bad chemical aftertaste. The cheesecake no longer tastes like cheesecake, the cake batter tastes like medicine, and so on. I’ve had to throw out several bottles. They no longer supply quality flavors and I will look elsewhere.

No issues with the site or ordering…

No issues with the site or ordering process just wish other companies I bought my flavors from sold their products so I don't have to buy from multiple places. I know they were carried elsewhere at some point since some sites have back stock.

I don’t like their return policy

I don’t like their return policy. It’s practically non-existent. A lot of times, the postage is a lot more than the extracts I’m buying.

I started buying extracts from another company, after their dropper broke. They wouldn’t refund my money. BEWARE!!!
