The ordering process and communication from the supplier was very smooth and clear at all times. They responded very quickly to any questions/queries. The delivery was on time in spite of the virus lockdown.

Overall Oomph were a fantastic company to work with - we had begun the process of having x1000 membership cards printed for a client as part of a rebrand of an existing "membership" programme and had already had cards produced by another supplier which we were particularly unhappy with. Oomph provided specific advice about the kinds of variables that can occur during print and so we were able to come up with the best design solution to ensure the results were perfect. Add to this, half way through the production leadtime the Covid-19 pandemic became significantly worse, and caused a lot of businesses to have to close their doors and cancel orders, Oomph developed the working practises to complete orders and get ours to us on time and with above-expected quality. The kindness and personal concern of Emma S during this challenging time, was exemplary and the early stages of the project with Julia W were also brilliant. Overall a really good, trustworthy and reliable company to deal with. Many thanks all, and again we wish the whole team a figthing-fit start when we eventually get everything back to normal.
