I'm really unhappy with Ooia's customer…
I'm really unhappy with Ooia's customer service. I ordered panties and waited for shipping confirmation. But after 3 weeks, I got nothing. So, I decided to contact the customer service. They told me the panties I ordered were out of stock and asked if I wanted my money back. I said yes because I didn't get what I ordered. They gave me my money back, but then I saw the same panties in my size available again online. But now, they weren't on sale like before. This made me really annoyed. I'm sure I won't be buying from them again.

Terrible customer service
Honestly I’m debating if I should buy here ever again since the products are good but the service is a disaster. It said one week delivery when I ordered on their website. They didn’t even sent me a tracking number but charged me right away. I had to write daily emails that went unanswered for almost a month to find out where my package is and after contacting them through Instagram they apologized and offered 5€ discount for the ONE MONTH delay for an order that was supposed to arrive in one week.

After reading the answer from the ooia-team I want to add that one month is a much longer time wait than one week, especially since I bought a nursing bra to make my life easier with a newborn but instead I had to spend the little time I had available tracking down my order (that was already paid for) and a long time waiting for a response from the customer care team to many of emails, many of which were left unanswered.

Due to longer delivery times for our materials we were unfortunately sold out in some sizes and could not deliver as quickly as usual. We indicate our delivery times both in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation but unfortunately, due to a technical error, your delivery time was incorrect.
Our customer care usually answers emails within 2-5 days but certainly within 7 days, this was also the case here. Nevertheless we do understand how inconvenient the waiting time was and would like to apologize again for the circumstances.

Great product!
The period underwear are of really great quality, I have switched over to ooia 3 years ago and it was the best decision. The website is also really easy to use and delivery is always without problems or delays. I live in Germany and also love the fact that I can support a “local” female owned business.

To avoid something like this, we always recommend testing ooia on the weaker days of your period first. This way you can get a feeling for how ooia works for you personally.
Although ooia can hold several tampons of liquid, depending on the model, it is not possible to derive an exact wearing time from this. This is influenced by the intensity and the course of the period, among other things.
For some customers, one ooia is enough for the whole day, for others only for a few hours.
Maybe it would be an option for you to test your ooia again at home on the weaker days or to use it as a backup in combination with tampons or a menstrual cup and to approach it slowly.

I bought the Super Leakprook Luna and the Venus several weeks ago and I wanted to say how pleased I am with what I bought.
I really enjoy wearing them + I love the shorts idea as a Menstrual underwear. I wear both designs every month and it is now my holy Grail!! Horrible eshop and zero communication
Partial sending of items. No communication. No proactive info on items not shipped for weeks. No phone number. No answer to your emails. I cannot even cancel/refund the items they did not send.
Otherwise, the website flips back to German non stop, pricing adapts only at checkout, no country check done prior. I guess I can only submit a claim with my credit card insurer now :(

Again and again with no regrets!
Shipping was super quick, the underwear is super comfortable and cute and there are literally no problems with it!
