This was a surprise gift for myself and my husband from my parents (yes at 53 I still receive care packages!)

The cookies were the perfect consistency - soft enough to melt in your mouth but still strong enough to support the dip.

The flavours were great - we had three different cookie types and three different dips.

It was a great alternative to getting an egg for Easter

An excellent and very very tasty box of mixed cookies, cookie pie and cookie try bake with lovely dipping sauce 😋. Ordered for my sons birthday and both sons and myself really enjoyed. Emailing of questions to Ohhh Ahhh cookies was replied to quick and questions answered. Friend was able to pick up which saved me on postage. Definitely will order again 😀

Absolutely fantastic, cookie delivered on time and quick responses to emails. The cookie itself tastes unreal and much tastier and better than one of there main competitors miller cookies. 100% recommend and will definitely buy again

I was originally sent a cookie for my birthday by a friend and i was very impressed and it was fresh, soft and just perfect. I wanted to order one for my son’s birthday who is cookie mad, I ordered a double chocolate one. On opening the cookie it was broken in 2 places so was very disappointed especially as it’s for a birthday, it didn’t look as presentable. But the main disappointment was the quality, it was dry, and tasteless. I was really disappointed and my son didn’t even finish it. Probably won’t order again now

They were sent as a birthday gift and was extremely pleased with them taste great and well presented

Great product, I have ordered quite a few for myself & for gifts. Everyone has loved them. They taste great as well.

Placed an order on 4th March for delivery 6th March.
Has not arrived. Cannot get an answer from their email address and wrong email address on website to contact !! No response on social media.

Had high hopes for the cookies but nothing special, arrived 3 days post order. Cookies are small and taste mediocre at best, not flavorful, dips are rock solid and have to be melted before using as a dip. Will be last time I order and will.not recommending these cookies to anyone.

Easy to use site with lots of choice. Kept up to date with delivery and items received in excellent condition and were thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient. Would definitely purchase again.

Fabulous - came across Ooh&Ahh on IG and decided to send a box to my daughter who is away at uni and up to her eyes in course work. I somehow managed to order 2 boxes in error but Barbara-Anne was really helpful, responded quickly to emails and cancelled one order. My daughter was over the moon with cookies and I will definitely order more soon

I couldn't fault the speed of the delivery from the time of my order. It was lightening speed, however I'd hoped the cookie I ordered would arrive on my son's birthday and not 2 days earlier. That said, the cookie was still edible and once warmed up was delicious. I found it to be on the thin side when compared to cookies I've had from other companies which made it feel like there was more icing than cookie. The birthday 'boy' did enjoy it and it was a nice surprise. I'm not going to say that you should go elsewhere or similar as overall the experience was positive and good value for money and I'd buy again.
