An update on my previous review re defective loungers

An update on my previous review re defective loungers. The company have said after reviewing our case they are offering us a €25 voucher on their website valid for 3 months!! So, not only are they ignoring the fact we paid €156 for defective goods, they are expecting us to spend even more on their website. I contested this but, of course, have had no reply.... STEER WELL CLEAR!!!

no response and goods missing + damaged

The goods arrived completely damaged. Despite that, they charged 60 euros for shipping. But now, onto the main issue: two packages were missing for the garden shed. It cannot be assembled without them, and all of this happened after I had already prepared the foundation, etc., for the garden shed. The remaining packages are now scattered around here, and the money is gone! The seller is not responding. There's only a noise when I try to call, and no response via email. Dealing with such a fraudulent company seems to require taking legal action; they seem to be doing it on a large scale if you read the comments here. They probably just resell the goods and pocket the money for doing nothing or to buy company buildings. Absolutely dishonorable and inhumane. Please, anyone who is affected, take swift action against such a gang of scammers and prevent them from expanding further before these worthless subhumans can deceive more people!

The house looks very nice, BUT....

The house looks very nice, my kids (6 & 3 years old) really like it and they play often there...BUT for the price, don't expect to be a great material, it is very thin and breaks very easy, by the time it was delivered it had a lot of small broken areas. We had to put extra pieces of a different wood in the corners to make it more stable. I would expect it to last us a good 2 years (of course we hope more!), but it is definitely not a house that will last through a kid's childhood. It is very easy to build, my father put it together by himself in about 3 hours. Again, keep in mind it is not a thick wood/material, if you are looking for something more durable and better quality you might want to look at other houses.
