Returns Impossible
I work in Customer Service and have come to the conclusion that I need to discontinue shopping with this company.
Every time I have "returned" an item it has taken over a month to be reimbursed. I email and email and the response time is borderline malicious.
They also create a "point" system and make it impossible to use the points.
It really is a shame. I love the product, but due to the incompetency of the customer service I am choosing not to purchase from them ever again.
