I just had a few quick questions. So I reached out to support by Email and Justin was very professional and he responded back in a very timely manner. I appreciate it so much. I am in customer service as well and this type of response goes far when clients feel like they have some kind of access to you.

Tried to collect from two wins($24.30), couldn't withdraw & they closed my account.
They wouldn't even return my 10 bucks. I had almost $50 in Onyx money. All I did is try to redeem to get some gas money. There's many other apps, I would use besides this one.
Steer clear, you're not going to be able to withdraw funds. Horrible customer service: (

Great money lines and easy to navigate. Withdrawing is a bit difficult

They paid me....everyone I gave them one Star. Today they paid me. It just take one or two weeks Max. Trust me they Will pay you as long as you ARE sending emails AND been on top of it. Do it every two or three DAYS don't over do it. They Will pay you 💯😭 I love you onyxodds I'm so sorry lmfao

I still haven't received my money if it don't come soon I'm going to sue them my brother is a lawyer and I'm not putting up with this crap makes no sense to me

Have been using Onyx for about a week now. Its a great app with very great customer support. I had one small issue, so I reached out to their support team and they responded within minutes and resolved the issue! Also very kind which goes a long way.

I have been enjoying Onyxodds. Even when they make a mistake they are very responsive via email and that is a true sign of customer service and I respect that. The setup is easy to navigate and they upgrade fast to continue growing as a sports betting app.

I have used just about every sports platform you can and I must say Onyxodds has definitely been my favorite. Unlike a lot of platforms that will take away your cash out when your parlay starts to win these guys don’t. And there services are very fast from when you need help to when you are doing a redeem every thing works smoothly. This will be the only platform that I use from here on out. LETS GO ONYX!!!

Love it n love how everything operates

Support responds super quick through various messages. Was able to fix my issue so quickly across 6 emails back and forth while other companies may have taken atleast a day. They keep it simple yet very effective.

Been using this app for a couple of months and it just has to be the best app out right now . Where I’m from I can’t use FanDuel or DraftKings but Onyx is the only app out that comes close to either one of them. I recommend this app to everyone

Honestly this is completely from the heart onyx odds has got to be one of the best betting platforms I’ve ever used in my betting career it has one of the beds odds I’ve ever seen such a big variety an also a bunch of minigames.

It’s a good app to bet on with very good payouts. Sometimes the app seems to lag or log you out unexpectedly but other than that I like it. Being able to alt lines is one of my favorite things about the platform.

Good promos and good support asked about ban injury he got injured second quarter and they still void him. W app
