Excellent service

My bin is always emptied and returned to the place I have left it, so much so I frequently have to look inside it to see if Onward have been!

So much better than shredding confidential waste at home

We had a large amount of confidential waste that we'd collected over time, ours and that of a relative. It was too much to put through our little home shredder, plus that is quite time-consuming. I found that Onward Waste offers a Confidential Paper Shredding Service for a very reasonable price. I rang up to order one of the self-sealing packs, and this was delivered the next door. I was able to fit in all of our waste and still have space left, so we added a bit more over the next few weeks. Once we were ready, the sealed bag was collected the next day, and this will be shredded locally using a tracked van. I am very happy with the service, and would definitely use it again - so much better than shredding at home.

Great service, highly recommended

Great service, used Onward Waste for shredding of confidential waste. Bags delivered quickly and picked up again very quickly following phone call to them to say they were ready. Friendly staff, great communication and great customer service skills. Very competitive price. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
