The food is great and was well packed and arrived on time. The only downside was that a few items had a short best before date, so we ate them a little quicker than planned - but we truly enjoyed it. Brought back nice memories from our time in Germany.

An excellent example of a company doing things right! The food they supply is of excellent quality and extremely tasty. Their customer service is also some of the best I've experienced from a supplier/caterer.

I first experienced Ontheroll at an event at Edinburgh University where they were supplying the catering, and they were extremely well received by everyone at the event. Some feedback I heard from some colleagues (Who are originally from Germany) was that the food was the closest example you'll get in Edinburgh of good authentic German food.

I've since ordered from them directly, and throughout that process, their products and service have also been of top quality. The food arriving still frozen, and well packaged.

They were even kind enough to time the delivery for me since I was local and wasn't able to be in when the delivery was due to arrive.

Will definitely be ordering from them again in future, and am happy to recommend them to anyone.

First time ordered, was a little disappointed with the use by dates on a couple of items, the rest were ok. Overall, a fast delivery and reliable service.

As I seem to be the first person to write a review I just hope I have the right company in Edinburgh selling German sausages etc.
Customer service was fabulous and my order did indeed arrive within 24 hours from Scotland all the way to the Isle of Wight. Great products, great innovative packaging (cooling wool that my cats have now claimed as their very own new cat beds), great communication. Will go back and order more - Brexit allowing :-(
